Those are the Web addresses for the pages of search results for Google searches from today of the name "zac efron" and the names of some of the women whom he has dated or was rumored to have dated over the past 6 years.
The conglomerate doesn't seem to have a problem with the number of women whom he's dated, whatever that number happens to be.
