That's probably because the cultural assumptions that are driving the racist attacks on FKA twigs include the idea that Mr. Pattinson, being a white man, can do whatever he wants but how dare she tempt him away from white women and how did she do that anyway because she's black and black people are ugly so she must be a slut because otherwise why would he sleep with her and men who sleep with sluts are just doing what men do but those sluts are bad and it's all about this intelligent believe it or not.
Cultural assumptions tend to be stupid. A lot of people believe them, which makes them powerful and enduring. You don't have to be stupid to believe a cultural assumption; what you have to have done is never to have questioned it. That's why it's called an "assumption."
