YOU CAN'T WATCH HOMELESS PEOPLE THROUGH THE WINDOWS OF SHELTERS!

December 7, 2015

IT IS ILLEGAL TO INVADE PEOPLE'S PRIVACY THAT WAY!

People in bathrooms, showers, locker rooms, bedrooms and dorms have what's called "a reasonable expectation of privacy."  That means that they shouldn't have to worry about being voyeuristically watched or voyeuristically filmed when they are in places like that.

Homeless people have more than enough problems without having to worry about being victimized by voyeurism and involuntary pornography.  There are also many homeless people who are incapacitated by mental illness and who aren't able to take precautions that people who are aware that the conglomerate is encouraging crimes against them can try to take, as futile as those precautions are against the rapacious intrusions that the conglomerate encourages.
