I'll never date you.
I know that your industry considers those words, when said by a woman to a man, to be a preamble to the woman dating the man, and that your industry also considers those words, when said by a man to a woman, to be a good enough reason for her to have no career at all for the rest of her life and to be subjected to bullying, rape and death threats.
However, when I say them to you, it's because I'll never date you, and I want you to know that.
I don't have vindictive feelings toward you; I have unequivocal feelings toward you.
I'll never date you. I don't want to date you. If you were divorced, I would not date you. If you had never gotten married and had no children, I would not date you. I'm not dating you in a parallel universe; I'm not dating you in a time warp. I have never dated you and I'll never date you.
Contrary to what the conglomerate perhaps likes to think of me, I don't like having to say the same thing over and over. Please accept that I don't want to date you, that I'll never date you, and that you'll never be able to do anything to make me feel some other way.
