That's the address of a New York Times article from November 19, 1989. It's a book review, of a biography of Rita Hayworth called "If This Was Happiness."
The article describes the sexual abuse of Ms. Hayworth by her father and the subsequent exploitation of her by other men and the entertainment industry.
It is shocking, but perhaps not surprising, that the author of the article refused to acknowledge that the entertainment industry facilitates the exploitation of people who have already had bad lives. The article was written decades ago, and the media not only has not stopped denying the corruption of the entertainment industry, it viciously promotes exactly the sort of things that ruined Ms. Hayworth's life.
