Not every daughter of a rich person chooses sanity.

June 4, 2016

The conglomerate has damaged a lot of people and distorted a lot of things, so I can only speak for this page about a time before the conglomerate happened.

I never paid a lot of attention to "the rich and famous" before they suddenly got to be part of my life several years ago.  It was by accident that I happened to hear Ivanka Trump speak during a television interview before that time; I was impressed.  I think that's probably all that I'll ever say about it.

This page is not an attempt to get closer to the Trumps, nor is it disparaging to the children of other candidates.  What I'm noticing is that people working for Mr. Trump seem to understand what I have said about politics and professional behavior, probably because what I have written about those things is nothing that people who know the business world can't understand.  I think it would be nice if they stopped calling Mrs. Clinton "Crooked Hillary," but how interesting it is that Mrs. Clinton and her staff, who claim personal and professional superiority to the Trump side every day, seem more concerned with attacking me to get media and other support than with principles of behavior.
