The conglomerate's promotion of crime couldn't have happened if President Obama hadn't started to promote the conglomerate's criminal goals in 2010.

He could have discouraged the conglomerate's formation and prevented the conglomerate from getting traction and growth, but he didn't.  

The White House is corrupt.
