I feel awful.

October 16, 2016

I can't believe that I'm arguing online with Ms. Seccuro, a gang rape victim.

If we have to agree to disagree about the Rolling Stone article, then that's what we have to do.  Perhaps we could attempt to be civilized about it.

She might not know that the word "brutal" was probably a reference by Rolling Stone to a video that I published in 2013 or 2014, from my last apartment, from which I was evicted for writing and talking publicly about being victimized by my landlord, including being victimized by voyeurism in the apartment.  It's not "my" word, but I published that video months before the Rolling Stone article was published.  It got about 20,000 views before I deleted the entire YouTube channel.

There was no lie about me that the landlord didn't tell in court.  They lied; I lost.

For the year that I lived in that apartment, media, corporations, and anyone else who had the inclination were able to get a live feed of illegal video from my apartment 24 hours a day.  I was victim-blamed for that, like everything else for which the conglomerate has victim-blamed me.  I never took a shower, changed my clothes, or used the toilet with the light on, for the entire year that I lived there, but that never stopped the accusations that I was asking for or deserved what was happening to me.  Nothing ever does.

It's very stressful, mentally debilitating, to live with cameras in your apartment.  To feel like you can't ask the police to help you because so many police officers have stalked you, including a police officer who sexually stalked you with his personal vehicle for months while the conglomerate called him a hero when you publicly documented it, does not reduce the stress.  To know that the probable response to your request for help from the agency which is supposed to provide legal advice to impoverished tenants will be to disbelieve you does not make you want to call that agency and ask for help.

There is nobody who has abused me whom the conglomerate has not rewarded.  There is nobody who has tried to help me whom the conglomerate has not attacked.
