There is a photography project on either side of the street right after the Pine Street Inn. Pictures taken by many photographers are part of the project.
One of the photographers took pictures of people at the beach without their knowledge; the caption for the pictures said that the people in the pictures did not suspect that they were being photographed. One of the pictures is of a naked child.
There are also many sexually suggestive pictures of clothed children among the pictures displayed by other photographers.
The project has nothing to do with the Pine Street Inn. However, it is right across the street from the Pine Street Inn, where a high percentage of the male guests are sex offenders.

-two daycares
-a children's playground
-three grade schools, from elementary to high school
The Apple corporation, which has promoted sexual abuse for years, continues to have billboards on the Pine Street Inn.
