President Obama couldn't care less about diversity. He has spent most of his Presidency proving that the only people whom he cares about are men, and he doesn't even care about those people, because he wouldn't be encouraging them to be sexually abused and/or sexual abusers if he did.
President Obama's many advantages throughout his youth were provided to him by dint of his white mother and her family. He would have had a much more difficult life if he'd had a black, single mother and a white, absentee father, because the United States is a racist and misogynist country. He doesn't even have a personal background that's similar to the background of the people whom he has singled out for support, while he excludes young women of color as if they don't need support.
All of the phones that Sprint is going to distribute are going to be hacked by Sprint and the government, aren't they? Maybe the President should have called the program "Keeping Tabs On My Brothers and Trolling Their Phones for Selfies and Pictures of Their Girlfriends."
