Men who spent years carousing know almost as soon as they have heard me speak a few sentences that I'm mostly a nice person and also that I am neither promiscuous nor exploitative. That is, men who spent years carousing anywhere other than the entertainment industry, which is sadistically and violently misogynist like nothing else in the developed world, and which not only doesn't respect smart women but hates and ridicules them, know that about me.
Although I think he won't take me yelling at him every other week before he gets mad the way that President Obama did, and I'm sure he'll say whatever he wants to say about me, I said soon after he was elected that I hope that he will never decide anything only because of something that I said. I worry about that as much as anything else. There's a lot that I don't know, and his decisions are about the world.
