The media doesn't care about the country or the world. The media wants to take down a President. It wants to show everyone that the media decides who will be President and who won't. It doesn't care how destabilizing it is that the country and the world are thinking about nothing other than whether or not President Trump will have to resign.
Where was the ACLU when the Obama administration promoted crime for 7 years? Where was everyone else who's insisting that President Trump is evil incarnate and the definition of incompetence?
Particularly the American media and the entertainment industry don't seem to care about saying what they have to say in a reasonable and respectful way. They don't care that they're degrading the Office of the President with their vicious and gratuitous ridicule. They don't care about convincing him of their side of issues; they want an enemy whom they can demonize. He can't do anything without being attacked for it, not even things that are inarguably right. He's even attacked for being conciliatory toward his attackers; the only thing for which they don't want to impeach him is his crime promotion.
As far as the entertainment industry is concerned, Mrs. Clinton was a means to political power, and President Trump isn't.
Mrs. Clinton has had this pinned Tweet at her Twitter for months, despite all of my objections:
This is a picture of part of the first article that's at the first page of Yahoo results for "Hillary Clinton":
If President Trump resigns, that's no guarantee that the abuse of Presidential power to fray the social fabric, which began when President Obama joined the conglomerate in 2010, will stop.
The American media is out of control. It respects no boundaries and is amoral.

If I hadn't contrived to publish the page at 6:35 a.m. to avoid conglomerate attacks, and if I had taken all the time that the page needed to be written, I might not have had to rewrite some of it later.
