The school did everything other than that for 6 months, including initially misleading the teacher of the Chinese class to think that I was the problem.
China's educational system is not like the educational system of the United States. The teacher didn't know how to deal with my being bullied by that student and the couple of students whom he sometimes got to bully me with him. The school administrator whom the teacher asked for advice about the situation was not helpful to her; the school failed to educate that teacher about how to address issues of harassment and bullying.
When it was proven that I was not the instigator of the problem in her classroom, a school administrator who should have gotten a reprimand was the administrator who had counseled the teacher that I was evil incarnate and who had written a report about me to the Dean of Students that was based on lies and that could have gotten me expelled.
Instead, the teacher left the school and lost her visa.
I left the school because a different male student harassed me at school every time that I tried to do my homework at the library this past summer.
NOBODY confronted the instigator of the harassment, and so he felt that he would be able to harass me online.
6 months after I first reported to the school that he was coughing at me during ENTIRE CLASSTIMES for weeks during the Spring 2016 semester, the school finally had to stop denying that it knew who he was or that he had done anything wrong. Everyone got punished before that except for the people who had done the worst things.
