Dean Eramo thought that Jackie was sexually assaulted.

July 24, 2016

These are also pictures of parts of the filing from Dean Eramo's lawyer:

Is Dean Eramo's lawyer both trying to say that Jackie never told Dean Eramo that Jackie was sexually assaulted and that Dean Eramo tried to get Jackie to file a formal complaint about being sexually assaulted?

Whatever Jackie told Dean Eramo about what had happened to Jackie, Dean Eramo thought from that conversation that what had happened to Jackie was sexual assault; that's not a statement that Dean Eramo's lawyer would argue with, is it?

Who are the two fraternities who lost their charters, and what were the violations that caused them to lose their charters?

What is the University of Virginia's policy about the reporting of sexual assault through the school's reporting system?  Does the school consider anonymous reports to be substantial or not?

What I'm noticing about the University of Virginia is the way that it says that forcing victims to report being raped would cause fewer victims to report being raped, and that the school also uses the refusal of rape victims to report as proof that they didn't get raped.
