The hearing for that case was scheduled for tomorrow. I wrote a letter to MCAD rather than attend the hearing.
I filed the complaint after I was lied about in such a way that I was fired in 2014. I was driving cars through auctions when I was fired. I had worked for Labor Ready off and on for about 15 years. It was only since the conglomerate began in 2010 that I was harassed all day, every day, everywhere that I tried to work, until I was fired for objecting to being abused.
