The conglomerate DOES NOT CARE if women and children get raped and killed.

March 31, 2016

People who think that the conglomerate ever cared about that have not understood what the conglomerate's real goals are, during these six years of the conglomerate's promotion of sexual abuse.

"bludgeoned, raped, sodomized, beaten"

March 31, 2016

"Her body temperature is eighty-five degrees, and she is unable to breathe on her own...The woman is bleeding from five deep cuts across her forehead and scalp; patients who lose this much blood are generally dead.  Her skull has been fractured, and her eye will later have to be put back in its place...The victim's arms and legs are flailing violently, the aftereffects of massive brain damage...both halves of her brain have lost their ability to control the movement of her extremities, to say nothing of her ability to think or feel...There is extreme swelling of the brain caused by the blows to the head."

Those are quotes from the book "I Am the Central Park Jogger," taken from an online article from 2003, for which this is the address:

The people who did this to her were released from prison, apologized to, and awarded millions of dollars.

The Washington Post's definition of reporting both sides of a story

March 31, 2016

The Washington Post's March 31, 2016 article about the conviction of a Stanford student for sexual assault has paragraphs and paragraphs about the rapist's athletic achievements, the future which he could have had which is being taken from him because of the conviction, and the opinions of anonymous people whom the writer of the article identifies as "one man on a local TV station's coverage of the verdict," and "commentators."

The article was written by someone whose last name is Miller.  Miller is conglomerate code for the promotion of child molestation.

There's a Tweet in the article attributed to someone who has a screen name that ends with the number "7."  7 is conglomerate code for the promotion of child molestation.

There's no discussion of how you're affected for the rest of your life by the trauma of being sexually assaulted.  If the victim has spent entire days weeping or emotionally incapacitated, what her family and friends have suffered because of her pain, and how their future was irrevocably changed for the worse because of the rape, Mr. Miller doesn't seem to know or care to know.

Rape charges are often dismissed because the police say that there were no witnesses to objectively describe what happened.  There were objective witnesses for this case, who saw the rape because they were biking and they accidentally saw it happen.  They did not know the victim.  They did not know the perpetrator.  They clearly described what they saw.  The perpetrator tried to run away when he realized that there were witnesses to what he was doing; those witnesses stopped him and are the reason that he was arrested.  The Washington Post has failed to call those witnesses heroes or to suggest that THE RAPIST AND HIS BEHAVIOR are what have caused the disruption of the future of his academic, athletic and professional careers.

There are a lot of men who don't rape people when they're drunk.  Those who do can't use alcohol as an excuse.  How does Raping Under The Influence get used as a Get Out Of Jail Free card?  Is someone trying to say that cars should have more rights than women?

The Boston Globe, "Innovation Economy," and promotion of rape

March 31, 2016

Yesterday, I published pages about the rape of the Central Park Jogger.

There was a movie called "The Central Park Five" released in 2012, whose premise was that the subjects of the movie were wrongly convicted of raping the Central Park Jogger.

The $40 million settlement decision in favor of the rapists was in 2014.

The conglomerate, including the Boston Globe, began promoting sexual abuse in 2010.

Today, the first page of the Boston Globe's website has a picture of five black and/or Hispanic men dressed like gangsters, picture credited to "Jaimie Trueblood/Universal Pictures," caption "Making movies the 'Moneyball Way,'" written by Scott Kirsner for "Innovation Econony."

"Innovation" is conglomerate code for child molestation.

"A sexual assault was reported to the Office of the Dean of Students on March 30, 2016 at 2:53 a.m.  The reported assault occurred on March 27, 2016..."

That's a quote from the University of Virginia's Police Department's "Safety Announcements" page at its website, for which this is the address:

Three days before reporting.  Hopefully, it's not too late to gather evidence and prosecute.

What do you think might have caused her hesitation to report the crime?

Copyright, with noted exceptions, L. Kochman, March 30, 2016 @ 7:51 p.m.

The Rolling Stone article is about the fear that victims of rape have about reporting what has happened to them.

March 30, 2016

"In her meeting with Dean Eramo, 'Jackie' indicated that there were two other sexual asaults that had taken place in 2010 and 2014 at the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house.  No victims have reported those incidents to the Charlottesville Police Department, nor have any witnesses come forward to report such an incident."

That's a quote from the Charlottesville Police Department's March 23, 2015 statement.

That's the address for a Washington Post article that says it has the full text of the statement.

The Rolling Stone article said that Jackie had told Dean Eramo that two other female students were gang rape victims of Phi Kappa Psi.  The article said that those victims were contacted by Rolling Stone and they decided not to be interviewed for the article.

Was the Charlottesville Police Department's mention of those two other victims the result of a meeting that investigators from that police department were also part of, or was that section of the statement just something from the article that the police department mentioned to refute the entire article, ignoring everything else in the article about the University of Virginia's systemic failure to prevent rape or to help get rapists arrested and prosecuted?

Has someone tried to say that the two women who told Jackie that they were gang raped at the Phi Kappa Psi house were liars?  Has someone tried to say that Jackie lied about them being raped, that she randomly and falsely identified two women to Rolling Stone?  Why would she do that?  Wouldn't anyone who was never raped and who was contacted by a journalist who was doing a story about rape be shocked by the request to be interviewed, and wouldn't that reaction have cast doubt on Jackie's account of her own assault?  Where did Jackie get the names for Ms. Erdely to contact, if those Phi Kappa Psi gang rape stories weren't true?

This is a quote about those victims, from the Rolling Stone article:

"One, she says, is a 2013 graduate, who'd told Jackie that she'd been gang-raped as a freshman at the Phi Psi house.  The other was a first-year whose worried friends had called Jackie after the girl had come home wearing no pants.  Jackie said the girl told her she'd been assaulted by four men in a Phi Psi bathroom while a fifth watched.  (Neither woman was willing to talk to RS.)"

Jackie lied about all of that?  That's a lot of people to lie about, isn't it?  A group of friends who told her that their friend had no pants on when she got home, who then told Jackie that four men raped her while a fifth watched?  Jackie thought of that specific lie?  Anyone would know that her own rapists would refute her story; even someone who lies about being raped knows that the people whom she falsely accuses will lie to defend themselves, and that they and their friends will be hostile toward her.  Why would someone risk alienating a group of people by telling lies about someone else being raped, knowing that the entire group of friends of the person whom she's lying about would refute the lie?

It would seem that there are a lot of people who could be contacted about information from the Rolling Stone article.  Has anyone done that?

"this is my first rape"

March 30, 2016

It's another confession quote by one of the rapists.

That's the address of an article that has an excerpt from the book called "I Am the Central Park Jogger."

The excerpt also describes what the injuries to the victim of that rapist's "first rape" were.

The only reason that she lived and was able to physically recover as much as she has was that her medical bills were paid by her employer.  Race and wealth played a part in this white victim's recovery.  That does not mean that racism convicted her attackers.

"Shut up, bitch."

March 30, 2016

The title of this page is a quote from a videotaped confession of one of the adolescent defendants in the trial for rape and attempted murder of the Central Park jogger, as reported by the Los Angeles Times in 1990.

That's the address of the article.

The defendant was describing something that another participant in the rape said to the victim before the victim was hit with a brick.

More than one defendant also talked about the victim being hit with a metal pipe, in videotaped confessions.

The defense lawyers tried to convince the jury that the confessions were coerced.  However, what strikes me about the confessions is how specific they are.

To say that you and your friends raped and hit someone is not the same thing as saying how you and your friends did those things.  Did the defense lawyers try to convince the jury that police officers wrote a script for the suspects to read for the camera, that police told the suspects to add details like the victim being told to "shut up, bitch" before being hit with a brick to make her stop screaming or crying?

The title of this page is part of a quote from this article:

This is the Web address of a 2002 article about the rape and beating of the Central Park jogger:

"head and pubic hair found on one of the teenager's clothes matched the jogger."

"Prosecutors have always said more than 30 youths were involved in a string of attacks that night on several people in the park, which the teenagers called 'wilding.'  They said that as many as 12 took part in the rape and assault of the jogger, who was left for dead.  Doctors did not initially expect her to survive."

Those are quotes from that article.

The webpage that corresponds with that address also has an ad on it for a business called "SAS" that says "7 ways to valuable customer data."

The article is about the 2014 $40 million dollar settlement to the Central Park jogger rapists, 4 years after the conglomerate began to promote sexual abuse.

Three of Jackie's rapists have admitted that they raped her.

March 30, 2016

They filed a lawsuit because Jackie's description of them and the room at the fraternity house where she was raped was so accurate that their friends and family knew who they were from the Rolling Stone article, even though neither their names nor pseudonyms for them were ever mentioned by the article.

She was a first-year student during her first semester when she was raped.  Everyone who raped her denied even knowing who she was, saying that they had never met her.  How, then, was she able to provide that description to Rolling Stone?

That lawsuit is an admission of the rapists' guilt, rapists who are both admitting to their crime and expecting to be treated as if they are the ones who got victimized because the person whom they raped told someone what they did.

That's the address of yet another article by T. Rees Shapiro, an "Education Reporter" not a crime reporter, as described by The Washington Post.  Mr. Shapiro graduated from a private high school in Virginia and then from Virginia Tech.  Why has the Washington Post continued to publish articles that he writes about the University of Virginia, when there is every reason to believe that he is biased?

His articles have been full of factual errors, for which neither he nor the Washington Post have taken any responsibility.  The Washington Post was and continues to be instrumental in the erroneous, public discrediting of the Rolling Stone article about rape at the University of Virginia.

The Washington Post has also frequently hacked my phone and my email, and has promoted sexual abuse.

It seems as if Drew and several other fraternity members quickly got private lawyers, while it took Jackie some time to obtain private counsel, at who knows what cost to her and her parents.

She trusted everyone:  Drew, her friends, fraternities, the University of Virginia, T. Rees Shaprio.  What sort of liar trusts everyone?

Whom did Drew take to dinner on September 28, 2012?

March 27, 2016

If Jackie wasn't the person whom Drew took to dinner at the Boar's Head Inn on the night that Jackie says she was later raped, who was?  Is there someone who has told the police or anyone else that he or she was the person whom he took to dinner, a meal which the Charlottesville police statement of March 23, 2015 said was corroborated by Drew's financial records?

This is some of what the statement said about Drew, the "male subject" of the following paragraph:

"Another male subject was identified during the course of our investigation.  This subject was both a member of a fraternity (not Phi Kappa Psi) and worked at the Aquatic and Fitness Center at the same time as Jackie.  This individual cooperated fully with investigators in the presence of legal counsel to include providing copies of his work schedule and financial records which may have been relevant to a dinner date that 'Jackie' had with her alleged offender at the Boars Head Inn on the evening of September 28, 2012.

Investigators turned their attention to the fraternity house in which this subject was a member in 2006."

That's a quote from the March 23, 2015 statement which the Charlottesville Police Department had published at its website for a while.

In other words, the person who facilitated Jackie's rape, and her rapists, got all of their legal rights respected by the Charlottesville police.  Unlike Jackie, they were treated not only respectfully but even deferentially.  Everything that they said was accepted at face value by the police, even when it contradicted evidence that they were lying.  The police made strenuous efforts to support the criminals' lies and even more strenuous efforts to discredit Jackie and make her look like a liar.

Why did the police investigate the fraternity house where Drew was a member in 2006?  What about the discussion that they had with him, "in the presence of legal counsel," caused them to think that they should ask some questions about him at that fraternity, in spite of their wanting nothing more than to forget the entire situation so that they wouldn't get their careers destroyed by the University of Virginia's network of powerful alumni and the rape-promoting conglomerate media?

"They were provided the names of (six) 6 members who were living at the house at the time of this alleged incident; five (5) of the six (6) provided interviews.  None of them knew 'Jackie,' admitted to any involvement in a sexual assault having occurred on September 28, 2012, nor did they see or hear anything about a sexual assault occurring in the fraternity at the time they lived there.

Investigation revealed that on September 28, 2012, this fraternity had a cook out for prospective members, and a themed event on September 29, 2012.  Both of these functions were listed on the social calendar."

Did the police talk to anyone who was a 2006 member and resident of the fraternity of which Drew was a member in 2006?  Did they ask him or anyone else why he was a UVA student and a fraternity member in 2006 and then seemed to have left the university and then matriculated again, 6 years later?

Drew's disappearance and reappearance at the University of Virginia, 6 years apart, are consistent with the University of Virginia's approach to serial rapists, which is neither to expel them nor assist with their arrest or prosecution.  If the University takes any disciplinary action at all, the most that it does is ask a student to leave or suspend him for a while; then he's back to school as if the felony or felonies that he committed never happened.

Throughout the police statement, the failure of the police to find someone named "Drew" is presented several times, as if it is evidence that the Rolling Stone article has no factual basis.  "Drew" is a pseudonym; neither Jackie nor Sabrina Erdely nor Rolling Stone nor anyone else ever said that "Drew" is the real name of that person.  The police found the person who lured Jackie to be gang raped anyway, probably because it's obvious who he is and a lot of people who are or were at that school know what happened, even though they're not talking now.

"In addition, federal laws governing privacy and protection of certain records in the possession of academic institutions obstructed our ability to access records that may have been relevant to our investigation."

That sentence is almost at the beginning of the police statement.  It is presented as if the records to which the police are trying to say that they could not get access are records pertaining to Jackie and not Drew, as if there's all sorts of evidence that Jackie is lying and that the University of Virginia is protecting her privacy.  However, the language that the police used for that sentence is identical to the way that the police described Drew's work and financial records.  It seems at least possible to me that the records at UVA (and other schools?) which the police made no effort to obtain were about Drew and/or Phi Kappa Psi and other fraternities and the school(s)' coddling of rapists, and that what the records "may have been relevant" to were Drew's habit of raping and facilitating the rape of female students and the systematic, institutional subterfuge about his crimes and others like them.

The police got a lot of records from the University of Virginia about Jackie.  This is a quote from the statement about some of those records:

"redacted copies of documents that reflect Dean Eramo's previous meetings with 'Jackie'; specifically those documents referencing the sexual assault, physical assault, and an anonymous sexual assault report.

None of the documents we were given or had access to revealed any facts similar to what was disclosed in the Rolling Stone article."

"Redacted" means that things were taken out.

Although I took some pictures of the March 23, 2015 statement about the Charlottesville Police Department's investigation when it was published at the Department's website, this blog was suddenly disabled from publishing pictures from my phone several weeks ago, when I was publishing pages about rape at the University of Virginia.  The blog was removed from the Internet, not by me, soon after it was disabled from publishing pictures.  Although the blog was restored to the Internet, its ability to publish pictures wasn't.

This is the address of a Washington Post article that says it has the text of the police statement:

Why did the Washington Post or anyone else think that the Charlottesville police statement was a definitive disproval of Jackie's alleged rape?  Even the police department didn't say that it was sure that Jackie wasn't sexually assaulted.  This is a quote from the 'Conclusion' section of the statement:

"The department's investigation cannot rule out that something may have happened to 'Jackie' somewhere and at some time on the evening of September 28, 2012."

What was it about meeting with police in the presence of people who work for the University of Virginia that did not help Jackie feel that she could talk to the police about what had happened to her or say that she wanted the police to investigate?  Also, did all of the police officers who had contact with Jackie or who read documents provided by the University of Virginia respond the way that the investigator responded to the picture of Jackie's bruised face, from an incident in which she was stalked, harassed and attacked for talking about being raped, by denying that the injury she described was verified by the evidence that she tried to present?

The protection of rapists and the discrediting of their victims by colleges, universities and other institutions are documented by a lot of people other than Ms. Erdely and Rolling Stone.  That rape culture is particularly prevalent at the University of Virginia is also documented by a lot of people other than Ms. Erdely and Rolling Stone.

Although the police statement claims at its beginning that "investigators were never afforded the opportunity to interview 'Jackie,'" it then describes several instances in which Jackie spoke to the police.  If Jackie finally got the feeling that talking to the police was not helping her, then her decision to stop talking to the police was her right, as it was always her right not to talk to the police at all.  She didn't rape anybody.

What does "cooperating fully" mean, according to the Charlottesville police?  Does it mean not saying anything that the police don't want to hear?  Does it mean being the rapist who's lying instead of the rape victim who's telling the truth?

Jackie was often afraid to talk about what has happened to her.  Does anyone blame her for being afraid?

Did Newsweek think this was funny?

March 26, 2016

I have noticed that Newsweek has aggressively sought to expand the scope of the discrediting of the Rolling Stone article and Ms. Erdely.  Newsweek is frequently mentioned in ongoing articles about the repercussions of the attacks on the Rolling Stone article and that journalist.

It seems to me that the promotion of rape culture and the discrediting of rape victims and those who try to help them are Newsweek's motivations.

The destruction of a reporter's career; the destruction of the convictions of criminals.

March 26, 2016

You can get someone to say anything to get a criminal out of jail and to discredit the victims of sexual abuse.

There's no acknowledgement in the article, for which I have provided the address at this page, that the abuse could have caused the victim's adult problems.

The Washington Post is not acknowledging the mistakes that it made discrediting the Rolling Stone article about rape at the University of Virginia.  What the Washington Post is doing tonight is promoting stalking by delivery people and exploiting an elderly woman to promote voyeurism and involuntary pornography.

Why I hate Jennifer Lopez

March 26, 2016

I would not be surprised if she sat there in envy throughout every year that Ben Affleck's marriage to Jennifer Garner seemed happy and stable, not because she really wanted him back but because he seemed happy and stable.  Then, when Ms. Lopez heard that he had a crush on me, she hated that, not because she loves him but because if he were going to be painfully divided about another woman, she didn't want it to be someone other than her, and THAT wasn't because she loves him, it is because she is the sort of person who HATES it when she's anywhere on the planet and someone else has attention when she doesn't.

Then, when his movie won a lot of awards, that was it.  As far as she was concerned, I needed to be somehow erased from the planet, or hated by every living thing, and THAT was because he was suddenly IMPORTANT, and that made his crush on me IMPORTANT, which meant that it was IMPORTANT that his crush wasn't on her.

I scream.  I yell.  I truly hate Ben Affleck many days out of the week.  The way that he and his friends have treated me is unbelievably horrible.  However, I also know that I am not the only person who was ever part of his life in some way, and I'd like to think that I'm able to feel something other than my own rage about how he's treated me when I'm thinking about the situation of him, his wife, his family and his career.

I am SO TIRED of all the women doing interviews whose purpose is to make sure that Mr. Affleck knows that before he's done signing his divorce papers, they're clearing their calendars for him to ask them out.

Do you NOT UNDERSTAND that Jennifer Garner loves him, that they have children, or is it that you don't care?  Maybe you have never been in a relationship that meant anything to you, so you don't know what it feels like to have your love be part of your pain because you don't know how to fix everything that's wrong.  Is that why you keep offering him a vision of something easier for him to walk into instead of keeping a respectful distance and genuinely hoping that he and his wife can mend their relationship and keep their family together?

When do I get to have friends?

March 26, 2016

For how many more years is the conglomerate going to invade my privacy, so that my getting to know people means making them vulnerable to the conglomerate's abuses?

I meet people who want to get to know me.  I feel like I can't give them my phone number when they ask for it because as soon as they call me, the conglomerate will get their phone numbers, invade their privacy, publicize their personal lives, and do to them or threaten to do to them everything that it has done to me.

A lot of people whom I have met since I moved to the Boston area from Vermont in 2011 have thought that I didn't want to be friends with them because I wouldn't give them my phone number or my email address or take theirs.

I always feel bad when I have to give people my phone number or my email address, or when I have to call or email them, because I know that our spoken or written conversations will be observed or even recorded by however many people are invading my privacy, and that the conglomerate will also be able to invade the lives of those people as soon as it knows who they are and has their information.

It's all illegal.  There is no reason for anyone to hack my phone or my email, my bank account or my food stamps card, and there's certainly no reason for the media, corporations and individual people to then publicize the information that they're getting from their illegal invasions of my privacy.  The conglomerate treats me as if I have no rights, and as if everything about me is fodder for its sick amusement, no matter how isolating and destructive that amusement is to me and to everyone around me.

Starbucks

March 25, 2016

I guess the $3 and $4 and $5, sometimes $10, at a time, that I could never really afford and that I spent anyway at Starbucks over the years don't matter to you at all. You'll team up with any rich person to make things more painful for me.

The ads produced specifically by corporate Starbucks to promote crime and personally target me.  The Wet Floor signs permanently left on dry floor.  The coughing by staff and customers.  The usually dirty bathrooms that customer service people in the second decade of the 21st century seem to think it's not their job to clean, and where I turn off the light when I can and hope there's no hidden cameras when I can't.  The Starbucks where a male customer sat next to me and coughed several times a minute until I objected and started taking his picture to publish online as a harasser, at which point he and a few other customers started yelling at me.  That ended by him being given his own table by the manager and my being escorted from the premises by the police while the manager brought the smiling harasser a cup of water, even though I had called the police first because of what was happening.  I was told never to go to that Starbucks again.

The spring and part of the summer of 2014, when I was working and work started at 7:00 a.m.  The only places open where I could get food when I left the shelter at or before 6 a.m. were the Dunkin' Donuts and the Starbucks near Broadway Station.  Guests of the Pine Street Inn aren't allowed to keep food in their lockers, so if I were going to buy food, I had to buy what I could from the places that were open.  Did you think that I WANTED to spend $20/day on food, from my $10/hour salary?

Even when I buy food at the grocery store, once the people who produce it know, from invasions of my privacy, that I have bought their product, they often change the packaging to be degrading to me.  That has happened over and over since 2011.  It is also something that many businesses that produce food have done, even when I have never bought their food.  Food shopping is always depressing and upsetting, like almost every other chore that I have to do, because I am tormented everywhere, by an unbelievable number of people who really think that I deserve what is happening to me.

Why would it be happening if I didn't deserve it?  That's probably what they think.  Why does anything happen that someone doesn't deserve, whether it's someone being persecuted by one person or thousands of people being persecuted by thousands of people, or one person being persecuted by thousands of people?

That something is happening doesn't mean that it's right.  It's incredible how many people who have no difficulty thinking of all the times in their lives when people were unfair to THEM, who talk about their unhappiness and their pain, can degrade me in the same sentence that they're using to talk about poor, damaged them; people I've never had anything to do with in my life, people who don't know anything about me except for what they've heard from the conglomerate's propaganda or from people who don't realize that my blogs are not the result of my being delusional. I am systematically, viciously dehumanized to an extreme that I don't know has ever happened before to one person, by so many people, for such a long time.  NOBODY could deserve what is happening to me.

Misogyny encourages child abuse.

March 24, 2016

First, the conglomerate tells everyone that women are defective, and that women should therefore be grateful for any sexual attention from men, no matter how offensive or invasive that attention is.  Then, the conglomerate tells everyone whom it has mentally crippled into being unable to have normal, healthy, age-appropriate, adult relationships that having sex with children is an acceptable alternative to adults having sex with each other.  It forces women into self-conscious, sexual passivity toward men, forces men into constant bravado and objectifying women to such an extreme that they hate themselves for liking women as human beings and think that they have to show off to each other by degrading their own girlfriends or wives, and encourages everyone to think that sex is either a public activity in which adults are tortured for amusement or a furtive one in which children are forced to meet the sexual needs of all of the adults who hate themselves or the people whom those adults are dating or to whom they are married.

That women are human beings is denied.  That children are human beings who have to have protection during their young, vulnerable years so that they are able to grow to be healthy, independent adults is denied.  That the conglomerate is forcing the world into a social system that is a hierarchy of sexual predation is denied.

Why I have influence, when I have it

March 23, 2016

I'm not constantly sucking up to people or ripping other people apart to try to get it.  I try not to manipulate.  I don't even want as much influence as I have; I am motivated by my concern about the world and my need to take care of myself, not because I want to be a big, important person who impresses people.  I keep my distance from very powerful people because I don't want to have to worry about being so near all that power.

I'm not GREEDY.

My interactions with celebrities have done nothing except make my life worse.  They are the worst liability that I have caused to myself throughout this ordeal of more than 6 years.  For anyone to accuse me of trying to date a celebrity is to accuse me of not having the ability to realize what horrible abuse is.  Only loneliness, or wanting to know what horrible thing they're doing or planning to do next, gets me to pay attention to them anymore, and sometimes a feeling of responsibility to some of them because I got involved in their lives before.

It's not as if I haven't noticed that I have wasted the last years of my youth hoping that such and such a person will improve.  All that did was make the conglomerate ridicule me, and make the people who I hoped would get better think that I deserved the ridicule; they never seemed to realize that they were the reason that I looked stupid, because I tried to take them seriously and to care about them, and they treated me like garbage, every last one of them.

The men would rather do anything than respect me, even hurt themselves physically and call it devotion, and resent me for not thinking it's enough.  The women would rather do anything than believe that I would not hurt them or their relationships.  I would NEVER want to live like them, in that anti-intellectual, soul-sucking, image-obsessed void.

Leonardo DiCaprio

March 23, 2016

What do you want now?  What else do you want to take from me, to hurt people who knew me in the past, to scrounge around to get any sort of rumor you possibly can going about me?

What else do you need?  You won your awards.  Can you not just leave me alone?

I don't have $1,000 a month.  You are a multimillionaire.  What are you trying to get from me?  Do you need for the entire world to be jeering at me, so you can feel like you're smarter than I am?  You need some kind of final victory over me?  You don't think you have it already?  You think more has to happen to me?

People don't talk about you because they know that you would sue them if they did.  I don't have the money to do that, so everybody talks about me.  Have you noticed that I don't talk about them unless they force me to do that by blabbing about me first?  I don't name names unless I think that I have to do that to defend myself from them.  I don't need anything from them; who would they be among the rich, famous and politically powerful if it weren't for the currency of their dirty little stories about me, no matter how long ago their versions took place or if what they say is true at all.

You've had more sex in a month than I have had in my life, and you don't seem to think that makes you a slut.  LEAVE ME ALONE!

Cambridge is supposed to be the land of brilliant people.

March 23, 2016

It would not be so difficult for me to meet and date one of them if the conglomerate hadn't done so much damage to my life.

I don't know why anyone would want to live the way that I have to live.

I'm also so unhappy that I don't know what I'd be like if I tried to date someone.  I don't want to date celebrities, though; why would I, after what's happened to me?

I'll never forget the time that a Samaritans suicide prevention volunteer phone counselor screamed at me to kill myself and slammed down the phone.

March 23, 2016

In a way, it was funny.  I was suicidal.  I had a suicide plan, which I said that I had when the conversation started.  That hotline has had some volunteers who are good, and others who aren't.

He was really impatient with me, did not want to hear anything that I said, and finally said, in a mean tone of voice, something like, "So, you're depressed and alone; is there anything else," implying that he had better things to do than talk to me.

I don't know that people like to think of suicide as something that anyone does because of feeling powerless and therefore angry.  Women are particularly socially punished for having angry feelings that make them suicidal; if you don't conform to the stereotype of the weeping woman who feels better if you tell her she's not worthless, if you know that you're not worthless and your problem is that everyone treats you like you are and it's ruining your life and so you're angry about it, people don't like it.

I told the Samaritans guy "You sound like a moron to me; I would never talk to anyone who called a crisis line the way that you're talking to me."

He said, "Yeah?  Well, you sound like a BITCH to me!  Never call here again!  Follow your PLAN!"

Then he slammed down the phone.  It was about 10 years ago.

I couldn't help thinking it was funny; who ever heard of a suicide prevention counselor who told someone "Go kill yourself"?

I laughed and cried hysterically for a few hours.  The next day, I wrote a bad check, bought a handgun, had the guy at the gun shop show me how to put it together, went out into the woods, and got as far as being about to put the loaded gun in my mouth.

I am not sure why I didn't do it.  I think I was scared that I hadn't loaded the gun right and it wouldn't work, that I'd blow off part of my head and live disfigured and disabled.

A few days later, I brought the gun to the store and returned it, and did not then end my miserable life.

All of that happened before I got harassed in the apartment building where I lived in Vermont, before any famous people knew who I was, before the next phase of my torture by the world started, before the privacy invasions and sexual harassment and slut-shaming and voyeurism.

Every time that I think the worst thing that could ever happen to me has already happened, I'm wrong.  There's always someone in my future who will make it all worse.

The conglomerate already knows this story.  It's one of the things that I wrote about when I started writing things and sending them to the New Yorker, a few months after it happened.  They don't care.

Apple's "Shot on iPhone 6s" ads block windows for women who live at the Pine Street Inn.

March 23, 2016

If Apple would like to donate money to the Pine Street Inn, I'm sure that the money would help, especially since the shelter lost funding this year.

Do the ads have to be on the building for the shelter to get money, or is the shelter not getting any money for being the scaffold for those ads?

The Pine Street Inn is flanked by expensive apartment buildings.  There are no ads on those buildings.  Sick and elderly, or working, homeless women don't deserve to live somewhere that the windows aren't blocked by ads?  Is that what Apple is saying?

It is your decision whether or not to get divorced, as it is your decision whether or not to vacation in Europe this year.

Because the conglomerate never ceases to attack me about whichever person it thinks it can accuse me of trying to sexually ensnare, no matter how many times I have rejected him nor how many times he has threatened to kill me, I thought I'd mention again that I am NOT INTERESTED in dating you.  Hopefully, my rejection of you tonight will prevent the conglomerate's accusations for a week, or at least the rest of this week.

The amount of responsibility that I have is really out of proportion to my salary, especially considering how many people who have no money problems use their time at work to promote human rights abuses.

March 21, 2016

The pressure that I have far outweighs any ego gratification that I ever have from being where I am in the power dynamics of the world.  As I have said several times every year since 2010, I am not directly powerful, I am only influential, and sometimes I'm not only not influential, I am a liability to people whom I try to help and whom the conglomerate then attacks.

I'm not seeking power.  It would be nice if the people who have it would use it responsibly.  My main goal, after these 6 years of horrific stress, is not to have a heart attack before I'm 50.

I have chosen the right academic and employment paths; I don't need to change those.  I need the abuses to stop.

I don't appreciate the White House goading me about Merrick Garland.

March 21, 2016

I am a Democrat, and the White House knows that.

The Republicans declared that they would block any Supreme Court nomination by President Obama.   Their reason for this is that they hope that a Republican President will be elected who will then nominate a conservative judge.

For me to criticize anything about the nomination of Mr. Garland risks encouraging the Republican attacks on his nomination.

I am so tired of the White House gloating over its promotion of sexual abuse, to the exclusion of every other concern, posting its sickeningly cutesy praise for criminals, laughing in my face about it when there is so much at stake for the United States and the world.

March 21, 2016

Why, then, does the conglomerate act as if the celebrities whom I have rejected have no obligation to politely accept my rejection and to stop harassing me?

I never did anything to anyone like what that the conglomerate has done to me, nor would I ever want to treat someone the way that the conglomerate treats me, nor have I ever advocated for anyone to be treated the way that the conglomerate treats me.  NOBODY should have to live the way that the conglomerate forces me to live.

That is the license plate of a car that is at an intersection in Boston.  The person driving it is female.

I think that a lot of women who promote child molestation do that because they don't know how to have good relationships with men.  It feels easier to them to exploit children than to meet men who respect them.  Whether or not they realize why they're giving up on age-appropriate relationships is irrelevant to the damage that they do to the children whom they molest.

March 21, 2016

Why would I tell people no over and over if I wanted to tell them yes?

When the conglomerate makes false accusations toward me about what I'm trying to do, all it does is cause me to feel like I have to publicly reject people whom I have already rejected.  Sometimes, those people get upset, and then they attack me for rejecting them, calling me all the same things that the rest of the conglomerate is calling me for supposedly trying to attract them.

Chinese children, taken from "7 families," videotaped in the bathroom, shower and their beds, crying and homesick, for a reality TV show

March 21, 2016

That's the Web address for the first episode.  It was published in 2014, 4 years after the conglomerate began promoting child molestation.

It only played for a few minutes and then stopped.  I don't know what happens after the horrifying first part of it.

Probably, the video was edited to try to show the children "adapting" to the situation.  It's all horrible; children do adapt to everything that adults make them do.  That doesn't mean that everything that happens to them ought to happen to them.

Many child soldiers learn to like to kill; that's another example of what children adapt to when they have to adapt to it.

Mental health discrimination

March 20, 2016

How much of the conglomerate's persecution of me has it excused itself for on the basis of my having a psychiatric history?

Which of these sentences describe some of what the conglomerate has thought about me?

-Psychiatric patients are hypersexual; crazy women are more sexual than normal women.

-Crazy people never have normal relationships with anyone.  Everything in their lives is always crazy.  Unlike real people, they don't have problems in some parts of their lives and not in others; whenever anything that crazy people do seems like it's not crazy, that's because whatever they do that seems normal is either something that's not as good as what a real person could do or there's something else inherently wrong with it.

-Psychiatric patients have no awareness of their actions in the past or present.  She doesn't know how wrong some of the things that she has done are; we should talk about them for the rest of her life, because she thinks she's never done anything wrong.  Her being too insane to know that she ever did anything wrong does not mean that she's not a bad person, so we should treat her like she's bad AND crazy.

-When she's angry, it's not because we did something wrong.  It's because she's crazy.

-When she's sad, it's not because we did something wrong.  It's because she's crazy.

-If there's a man whom she rejects, it's because she's too crazy to realize how much he likes her or she's too crazy to discern that he would be good for her.  Her objections to his behavior are, of course, negligible and ought to be ignored and even laughed at.  How could she be right about her choices for her life?  Crazy people can't make those decisions.

-Crazy people should be grateful that anyone wants to date them, because they are not as good as real people.  That is particularly true of crazy women.  Crazy men are usually not that crazy; they are merely damaged, and actually a lot of fun, and, unlike crazy women, they are creative, interesting, free spirits, and not actually crazy.  If a woman calls a man crazy for stalking her, it's because she doesn't know what real passion is; he should not stop trying to show her that!

-Crazy people don't have real feelings, so it's funny and not bad to videotape them with hidden cameras in bathrooms and showers.

-Crazy people are too sensitive.  If she says that the illegal videos that we caused to be filmed of her, which we have obtained, distributed and publicized, cause her to be suicidal, it's because crazy people are always suicidal and not because we did something wrong.

-If a crazy person can do something, that means that what he or she did was not that difficult.

-If a crazy person achieves something, that means that what he or she achieved is trivial.
