While Leonardo DiCaprio, President Obama and the rest of the conglomerate bully me every day

July 1, 2016

That's the address for the pages of results for a Google search of the term "wolf of wall street financing investigation."

A quote from the article that corresponds to the first result at the first page is:

"Global investigators now believe much of the money to make the movie about a stock scam was diverted from a state fund 9,000 miles away in Malaysia, a fund that had been established to spur local economic development."

This is the address for that April 1, 2016 Wall Street Journal article, called "The Secret Money Behind 'The Wolf of Wall Street':

At that article, clicking on the last part of the sentence that I quoted directs to another Wall Street Journal article from March 30, 2016, called "IMDB Probe Shows Malaysian Leader Najib Spent Millions on Luxury Goods."

That article starts by saying:

"Honolulu, Hawaii--On Christmas Eve 2014, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak stepped onto Hawaii's Kaneohe Klipper course for a round of golf diplomacy with U.S. President Barack Obama.

Off the fairways, another side of Mr. Najib's time in office was on display.  Two days earlier, the prime minister's credit card was charged $130,625 to Chanel in Honolulu..."

"You should be the definition of cancer"

July 1, 2016

That's a message that someone whose screen name is "Brittany Parent" wrote to one of my past YouTube blogs, "Lena Kochman Boston," tonight.

Some of the other messages that people have written to that blog since yesterday are:

From "russell james":

"dumbass"

From "Icaller1915":

"Wow, you are so mentally ill!"

"You were actually the one harassing people when they were just doing their own jobs!"

("Icaller1915" sent that message to a video that I published about being abused at the YMCA, where I think it's probable that someone who works there had hidden illegal cameras in the women's locker room and showers, and possibly even in the men's locker rooms and showers and the children's locker rooms and showers.)

"You are definitely so mentally ill!!"

From "meefking8404":

"I'm stalking you"

Also from "Brittany Parent":

"What the actual fuck.  You need professional help lady."

Where I live

June 30, 2016

I live in a building and an apartment that were assigned to me.  Before I got this apartment, I was homeless for two consecutive years.

That's also what happened when I got an apartment in 2013.  I lived in homeless shelters from 2011 to 2013.  A housing specialist at an agency to which I was assigned as a client suggested that I apply at a housing development where the agency had previously placed other homeless clients.  My application was accepted and I was assigned to a building and an apartment in 2013.

I have never had control over the addresses where I have lived or the conditions at them.  I have talked about this online before, for each apartment and even for homeless shelters.

It could be that people who attack my reputation every day, heedless of the consequences to me and other people, forget that poor is poor, no matter who reads your blog.  There are a lot of things about my life that I don't like and that I would change if I could.  I like to think that, if being corrupt is the only way for me to make money, I have chosen being poor despite the things about it that are problematic.

It's really difficult to get housing in the Boston area if you're poor.  That's true for everyone who's poor.

J.K. Rowling is ruining the chance of Bernie Sanders being chosen to be the Vice Presidential candidate.

That's the address of an Entertainment Weekly article about an alleged June 29, 2016 Tweet at Elizabeth Warren's Twitter, which, according to the article, said:

"Looking for a Defense Against the Dark Arts prof, @jk_rowling?  Where do I apply?  Trump, Death Eaters--I got this!
twitter.com/BostonGlobe/st..."

I haven't paid a lot of attention to J.K. Rowling during my years of persecution by the conglomerate.  However, it seems that she has tried to attack me through one means or another for years.

The June 29, 2016 Entertainment Weekly article also says:

"Last year, Rowling revealed the true name of infamous Hogwarts ghost Moaning Myrtle:  Myrtle Elizabeth Warren.  The author quickly followed up the revelation by clarifying that the name had nothing to do with the Massachusetts senator."

Is there someone who believes that my having lived in Massachusetts since 2011 had nothing to do with Ms. Rowling's bullying attack last year on Senator Warren, who probably also never paid a lot of attention to the surprisingly vicious Ms. Rowling?  Ms. Rowling doesn't seem to know anything about American politics; unbeknownst to everyone who had better things to do than pay attention to her, she's launched one attack after another on the country's least corrupt politicians just because I'm from Vermont and live in Massachusetts.

Nobody should have to helplessly witness rape.

"It may be in the file somewhere."

June 30, 2016

Ms. Seccuro brought charges against William Beebe after he contacted her to apologize, years after the assault, because she was concerned for her safety and because an apology was not enough.

He told her that he was the only assailant; that turned out not to be true.  From the time that he contacted her, through the months of investigation and then his prosecution, it was discovered that he was one of three men who had raped her at the Phi Kappa Psi house on the night of October 5, 1984.

The title of this page is a quote from the transcript, as reported by Ms. Seccuro in Chapter 12 of her book, of the March 15, 2007 hearing for the sentencing of William Beebe.  The quote is from the judge, talking about Ms. Seccuro's victim impact statement, which the judge hadn't read by the start of the hearing, either because he hadn't taken the time to do it or because it was added to the file 3 or 4 days before the hearing instead of 10 days before the hearing, because of misinformation about the deadline for it.  Ms. Seccuro had spent a month writing it.

At that hearing for the sentencing, several people who had not known Mr. Beebe at the time that he had assaulted Ms. Seccuro testified in support of Mr. Beebe's chatacter.

Ms. Seccuro was not allowed to read her victim impact statement at the hearing; the judge read it privately during a recess.

Also at the hearing, a probation officer evidenced total, interdepartmental confusion about probation, sentencing and parole.

The judge had graduated from the University of Virginia.  This is another quote from him at that hearing:

"unfortunately, the circumstances of the case are not unique for those of us who live in and practice law for years in a college town."

If the "circumstances of the case are not unique," that means that the criminal justice system shouldn't be confused about how to process the case, doesn't it?

Part of Mr. Beebe's plea bargain was that he was supposed to give information that could help the prosecution of the other people who raped Ms. Seccuro; either he did not give that information, or it was never transcribed or never applied.

He was supposed to be at a maximum security prison for 1 1/2 years; because of a "computer error," he was at a regional jail for fewer than 6 months before he was released.

The report about which the University of Virginia has done nothing for 32 years

June 30, 2016

"One witness said he saw me lying bleeding on a sofa, but that he assumed I had been menstruating. Another witness claimed he saw me in a sheet lying on another floor bleeding, and then ran away.  One witness tried to wake me up, but I only opened my eyes.  One witness saw a man 'running out of a room, with blood all over his pants' and 'thought there had been a shooting,' so he and his companion ran away to avoid any possible trouble.  The report ended with the assertion that I had been advised by the university that I could speak with the Commonwealth's attorney but that I and my parents had turned down this option in the presence of Dean Canevari.  It also stated that all options had been offered to me and my family and that I refused them and was referred to counseling."

That's Liz Seccuro's synopsis of the University of Virginia's report about the gang rape that happened to her at the Phi Kappa Psi house in 1984, which she wrote about in her 2011 book, "Crash Into Me."  It's from Chapter 10, "Dark Days and New Revelations."

What Dean Canevari had actually done was to bully and victim-blame Ms. Seccuro when she was a 17-year-old virgin who had just gotten gang-raped and she had tried to talk to him about what had happened.  In a subsequent meeting with Ms. Seccuro at which her parents were also present, Dean Canevari said "Boys will be boys...We see a lot of this sort of thing...there's not much we can do about it," and tried to get Ms. Seccuro to transfer to another school, calling her "troubled."  She describes that in Chapter 4, called "Sweeping It Under the Rug."

This is another quote from Chapter 4, describing Ms. Seccuro's physical condition during her first meeting with Dean Canevari:

"My cheekbone had an obvious bruise, my lip was swollen, and the black-and-blue finger marks on my arms became more pronounced.  Breathing was still a challenge, as my ribcage felt constricted. On top of that, I was still intermittently bleeding vaginally."

Chapter 2, "High Ambitions," describes Ms. Seccuro as being from blue-collar New York, "the valedictorian of her all-Catholic girls' school," and "the first person in (her) family to attend college."  She was the perfect target; young, naive, from far away, and from a family that had no social or professional connections to any power in Virginia.

When Ms. Seccuro contacted the University of Virginia in 2005, she was told that there was no record of her ever having spoken to anyone at the school about being raped.  It wasn't until months after that 2005 denial that she finally got a redacted copy of the University of Virginia's report of its 1984 interviews with men who were at the Phi Kappa Psi house when she was given a drugged drink, forced into a room and gang-raped on the night of October 5, 1984.

Red cups

June 30, 2016

I didn't get to Williams College until I was 19.

From 18 to 19, I lived at my parents' house, worked part-to-full-time at low-wage jobs, went to a therapist and a psychiatrist, and took medication.

It's ironic that many of the people who decide what a teenager of adult age whose self-esteem is devastated by the stigma of mental illness, rather than actual mental illness, think that working in customer service is less stressful and therefore more appropriate for that teenager than being at college among high-achieving teenagers who are truly like her would be.  They probably think that because they never had to work customer service jobs, or cleaning jobs, or they never had to do that sort of work for a long time.

My being of adult age was also something that my parents and most of the people whom I met in the mental health care system ignored, unless they were angry with me and wanted to throw my age and lack of achievement in my face; that's when they remembered that I wasn't a child.  The rest of the time, I was infantilized, condescended to, prevailed over in every conflict with nothing more than a tone of voice or a facial expression to remind me and everyone in the room that I was the one with the psychiatric history, so of course whatever I was saying was wrong.

That's what it's like for mental patients and former mental patients; as soon as you're in the hospital or get a diagnosis or get put on medication, that's what t's like for the rest of your life.

It's also sad that, as beautiful a place as Williams College was, I hadn't wanted to be a student there.  It was one of the first college applications that I did, and not only did I not care at all about being accepted, I didn't think that I would be and didn't want to go there.  Nobody told me to do the application for it.  I did the application in the fall of 1990, just to have done an application; I sweated almost all the others that I did, and the other two that I didn't sweat, didn't care about, and didn't send months before the deadline the way I did for Williams were to schools that answered by waitlisting me.  Some schools probably don't care if you don't care, particularly if you're going to be a financial aid student; apparently, Amherst College and Cornell University were schools like that in 1991.

By the time that I was in a psychiatric unit in 1992, and had spent enough time there to know that I was not ever going to be given control over my life, for the rest of my life, just because I'd been in the hospital, I stopped telling anyone that I didn't want to go to Williams.  On the contrary, being a Williams student would mean that I was a person again, instead of a disgusting, worthless, drain on society who shouldn't be alive, which is what society thinks of mental patients and how mental patients are usually treated in psychiatric facilities, and so was what I thought of myself after a few weeks in the psych slammer (locked ward).  Nobody had bothered to tell me, until I had already freaked out about being locked up, that I was sent to the locked ward because the less disturbed ward had no beds, and not because I "belonged" there.  They decided that I belonged there after I started screaming "There's nothing wrong with me!"  I had asked for help, I had asked to be hospitalized;  I had asked, and what happened after I asked didn't seem helpful to me.

By the time I got to Williams, I didn't think I was capable of anything.  I didn't think I'd succeed academically, so I didn't try to do the homework.  I was so happy to be around people my own age for a while; that was all I cared about.  That was all that I went there for, by the time that I got there.  I figured I could have some time around people my age, which I hadn't had for what seemed like a lifetime, and that I would have to leave.

I did leave, and was in the hospital again, and changed to a worse therapist, who sent me to another psychiatrist and got me put on antidepressants in addition to antipsychotics.

I applied to Ithaca College.  On the basis of my high school record, I was admitted and also offered a scholarship that took $10,000/year off the price of attendance if I could keep a 3.0 average.  Since even expensive private colleges at that time were not yet $30,000/year, $10,000/year was a substantial scholarship.

That scholarship is also something for which the entertainment industry mocked me for quite some time, starting in 2010. That's probably because most of its stars either never went to college or dropped out after a year, and $10,000 for them is what you spend on a night out with friends when you drink yourself into a stupor.

I was at Ithaca College for three years, psychiatrically medicated practically to a coma, 30-50 pounds overweight because of the medication.  Being practically comatose and overweight did a lot to make me continuously suicidal; I finally accepted being miserable and stopped talking about it to the therapist and psychiatrist that I was referred to in Ithaca by the therapist in Vermont.  I did keep a 3.0 average.

I went to a few parties; I think I only ever went to one party that was at a fraternity. What I can tell you is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of variation to college parties that involve drinking.  I didn't drink alcohol at those parties or anywhere else.  To fend off people trying to offer me drinks, I would get one of the red, plastic cups that are at every college party and I'd put water in it.  If I had to leave the cup of water unattended for as much as a second, I'd throw it out and get another one.

By then, there was some public knowledge about fraternities and about what could happen to women at college.  The people who tried to raise awareness should know that they did; they raised awareness.  They didn't end the problem, but they raised awareness.  There are women who would have gotten sexually assaulted at college who didn't, because of the people who did and who talked about it for the greater good.

Over the past several hours tonight, I read Liz Seccuro's 2011 book about being raped at the Phi Kappa Psi house at the University of Virginia in 1984.  I read the entire book.

What Ms. Seccuro wrote about being assaulted in 1984 and what was reported by Rolling Stone in 2014 as having happened to Jackie in 2012 are not all that similar.  Some of the words are the same; it could be that Jackie and/or Ms. Erdely had read the book and unconsciously used some of the same language to describe what had happened to Jackie.

How do you talk about something that's so horrific that you never thought it could happen to anyone?  If Jackie and/or Ms. Erdely used some of the same language that Ms. Seccuro had written, that's nothing like the malicious, mirthful, relentless plagiarism that the conglomerate has committed against me since 2010, taking words from what I write or say AGAINST sexual abuse and other crimes and distorting them into nauseatingly repetitive code promoting everything that I have protested against.  The conglomerate media does that every day; all of the conglomerate has done that to me every day since 2010.  There is almost no conglomerate code word, number, or other symbol that the conglomerate didn't take and distort from something that I wrote or said or that had something to do with me.

It also doesn't seem to me that rape is a particularly original crime.  How many ways are there, really, to gang rape people in the same fraternity house, century after century?

Gang Rape Quiz:

1)  When you decide to gang rape someone, do you plan to have the scene of your crime be:

A)  On the first floor of the fraternity house, where most of the guests of your party are

B)  On the second floor where there are bedrooms whose doors you can close and where there's less chance that people will hear the victim screaming and all of you and your friends laughing and yelling things about her body and what should be done to her

2)  When your victim starts screaming, do you tell her:

A)  "Please keep screaming.  I want everyone in the house to hear you and I hope that someone calls the police."

B)  "SHUT UP!"

3)  When your victim resists your initial violence toward her, do you

A)  Say "My dear lady, I'm so sorry that I and my uncouth friends have frightened you.  Please allow me to escort you, in your tattered and perhaps already bloodied clothes, from this room full of drunken men who will all jeer at me and call me a p---- or perhaps even try to attack me for fear that I'll tell an authority about what has almost transpired.  From this room, which was almost the scene of a most terrible crime, you and I shall traverse the hallways and then the main rooms of this house, where everyone else at the party will see us; you, looking as if you've already been raped, and me, looking as if I at least know what has happened to you if I didn't participate in it.  Hopefully, everyone has his or her phone and will take pictures and videos of you and me while I'm trying to get you out of the house, and all of that documentation will be posted to social media all over the world before the weekend."

B)  Hold her down or have your friends hold her down so you can rape her like you had planned to do.  If she gets hurt enough, she'll stop fighting and hopefully will have a nervous breakdown and kill herself or have to leave school so even the slight chance that you might get in trouble will disappear when she does.

4)  Should you have the lights on or off during a gang rape?

A)  That depends on whether you have to have the lights off to lure the victim into the room so that she can't see all the men who are there to rape her until it's too late for her to get out

B)  That depends on whether you had the shades on the windows down before you got her into the room.  If you forced her into the room suddenly and without a plan, you might want to turn the lights off until you can get over to the window and close the shades, unless you decide after first turning the lights off that you don't have to worry about people outside seeing you through the window because nobody's going to try to help your victim or tell anyone anything except as a rumor about her later.

C)  What?  It doesn't matter who sees or hears anything.  Rich guys don't get prosecuted for s--- like that.  Who's the b----?  I'll sue her a--!  She's a liar!  She's crazy!  Nothing happened!  She wanted it!  I never heard of her!  I don't know who you're talking about! I'm calling my Dad!

It's known who the other men who raped Liz Seccuro are.

June 30, 2016

They're rich and powerful, and/or have rich and powerful friends and family.

She didn't have the money to continue the investigation or to pay the legal fees.

Also, the University of Virginia had a report and witnesses to what had happened, which the school concealed and lied about.

It was a gang rape that could and should have gotten prosecuted and convicted when it happened, in 1984.

Jackie's detractors accuse her of lying to get attention, but why would someone who just wanted attention advocate for rape victims at a school where she knew that advocacy would make a lot of people dislike her?

June 29, 2016

It's not as if she sought a media source to talk to about what happened to her; she had addressed what had happened to her by trying to raise awareness at the school, joining a student group of sexual assault educators and survivors and giving of her time to other victims, before Rolling Stone talked to her.

She's also never tried to get so much as a dollar from any of it.  If she's a liar who wants attention, if she had no true concern for rape victims, why didn't she just contact a tabloid and sell the story, instead of taking a year to recover and then trying to help other victims at her school and then talking to Rolling Stone for free?

The Rolling Stone article describes the Jackie of before the assault as having graduated from high school as a "straight-A achiever," and whose other high school achievements were "honor roll, swim team, first-chair violin."

Those are all facts that are independently verifiable by any investigator.

I got into Williams College when I was a 16-year-old high school senior in 1991.  I had my 17th birthday a month after I graduated from high school.  I had taken 4 Advanced Placement tests, in French Literature, French Language, Biology and English, and I got a 5 for each test.  That is something for which the entertainment industry has mocked me, because it hates education and has no respect for people who don't; it doesn't even know what it means to be that kind of student. I got a 1370 on my SATs, without studying for them, without taking classes to teach me how to take the tests, and without scouring information about elite colleges to try to know their cut-off scores for applicants.  My high school SAT scores were 750 verbal/620 math.  The first time that I took the SATs, I was 11.  I got a 580 on the verbal section, which was the highest in Vermont among 7th-graders who had also taken the SATs that year.  I don't remember what I got for math; nowhere near 580.  I was in 7th grade at the time, and therefore eligible to take the SATs, because I had skipped 3rd grade.  Most people in the United States are 12 when they are in 7th grade.

I was in the National Honor Society from sophomore through senior year, which were all of the years that I was eligible starting from the first-year academic record which qualified me to apply.

I was a National Merit Finalist or Semi-Finalist; I don't remember which one.  I remember that I didn't win, so I forgot about it.

I did sports for almost every season, every year.  For a couple of seasons, I did drama instead of sports.

I sang in the chorus and auditioned for and was accepted for several music festivals.

Those are all facts about me which are verifiable by any investigator.

There will probably be people who will try to say that I was in the mental hospital about a year after graduating from high school because I was too much of an achiever; my poor, little, female brain and temperament couldn't deal with it.  Many people tried to say that about me when I was in the hospital; it was another excuse for a lot of people to treat me like I was weak and stupid after that, but it's not what happened.  I was in the hospital because my family had a lot of trauma that had nothing to do with my being a student or good at nonscholasic things.  Actually, my high school and my achievements helped to offset my distress about my family.  When high school was over, and my parents had more say in where and how I was going to attend college, and I knew that my future was dependent on their unpredictable feelings and behaviors; that's when my anxiety got too high for me to manage.  That was when I ASKED to be in a psychiatric unit; not having ever been in a place like that before, I didn't know that it would devastate me and start my journey through the mental health care system that has ruined so many lives.

I don't know if anything has changed at elite schools since the 1990s, but people telling each other their SAT scores and the things that they're good at besides studying was an integral part of first-year college life at elite schools at that time.

Despite all of my achievements, I would have been intimidated by Jackie's high school record if I had met her as a first-year college student.  I wasn't first-chair anything at any time in my life.

She didn't, and doesn't, have a reason to try to get attention for anything by lying.

The Charlottesville police statement said that the police did an investigation at Drew's old fraternity after the police spoke to Drew in the presence of his legal counsel and had read Drew's financial records that "may have been relevant" to what happened to Jackie.  That's a quote from the Charlottesville police statement, "may have been relevant."  That is also how that statement described records that the University of Virginia refused to provide to the police.

If Drew lied to Jackie that he was a Phi Kappa Psi member, Jackie is blameless for Drew's lie.  If Drew was suspended from the University of Virginia in 2006 and also made to leave the fraternity of which he was a member in 2006 because he raped somebody or several people in or before 2006 and his victim(s) talked about it after it happened, and if the University admitted him as an undergraduate student again in or before 2012 despite knowing that he was a rapist, all of that is exactly the pattern of neglect and subterfuge described in the Rolling Stone article for verifiable incident after verifiable incident.

Is that what happened?  If it is, then Drew, a serial rapist who is so obsessed with sexual violence that he brought a victim to a fraternity house of which he was not a member so that he could be where a gang rape happened even though he didn't physically participate, is walking around doing whatever he wants while Rolling Stone is being sued by Dean Eramo and the organization, Phi Kappa Psi.

Who are "Armpit" and "Blanket"?

June 29, 2016

This is a quote from the November 19, 2014 Rolling Stone article called "A Rape on Campus:  A Brutal Assault and Struggle for Justice at UVA":

"She remembers every moment of the next three hours of agony, during which, she says, seven men took turns raping her, while two more--her date, Drew, and another man--gave instruction and encouragement.  She remembers how the spectators swigged beers, and how they called each other nicknames like Armpit and Blanket."

Were those nicknames part of what identified two of the three Phi Kappa Psi fraternity members, whose lawsuit against Rolling Stone was dismissed yesterday, to their friends, families, and students at the University of Virginia when the Rolling Stone article was published?

Everybody at both fraternities interviewed by the Charlottesville police department subsequent to the publication of the Rolling Stone article said that they didn't know who Jackie was, so it doesn't seem as if she was at the Phi Kappa Psi house before she was taken there by Drew on the night of September 28, 2012.  She was from rural Virginia, and was attending the University of Virginia because her parents couldn't afford an out-of-state school that has the academic reputation that the University of Virginia has, so she didn't know them socially before she got to the school.  The rape happened a month after the start of her first year; she didn't know those men before they raped her and talked to and about each other while she was being assaulted.

"Fraternities and their insurance brokers have fought our attempts to gain access to these statistics."

June 29, 2016

That's a quote from a May 15, 2014 Time magazine article called "'Universities and Fraternities Must Tell the Whole Truth' About Sexual Violence."

This is the address for the article:

Quotes from the article:

"Universities and fraternities hide the truth about sexual violence on campus even though women need this information to protect themselves.  While universities are required by federal law to publicly report certain incidents of crime, including rape, those reports are often inaccurate and never detailed."

"The National Association of Insurance Commisioners ranked fraternities as the sixth worst insurance risk in this country, just behind hazardous waste disposal companies and asbestos contractors.  One insurance broker for fraternities boasts of handling more than 6,000 claims and $60,000,000 in payouts.  There are many hurt women in those numbers."

The post-undergraduate membership rosters of American fraternities are full of rapists, aren't they?

June 29, 2016

They're rapists who were never punished by their fraternities, their schools or local law enforcement.

They're rapists whose shared memories are of women, and men, whom they raped together, victims who were then slut-shamed or called faggots.  Their victims either never told anyone or tried to get help from school administrations who wouldn't help them.  These victims suffered the rest of the way through school or dropped out or developed mental or emotional problems or killed themselves, or just carried their pain all their lives.

The post-undergraduate, rapist members of American fraternities have positions of power all over the world, don't they?  They make the law.  They decide who has to abide by the law and who doesn't.  They decide that laws protecting everyone who isn't like them don't get passed or respected.

They are doctors and lawyers, they are CEOs, they own media sources.  They are the rich and powerful; they are the elite.  They donate to political campaigns; it is a certainty that many of them have run for office, and won, over the years.

They are advisors to and protectors of undergraduate fraternity members who rape.

Who are the two men who raped Liz Seccuro at the Phi Kappa Psi house at the University of Virginia in 1984 and who were never arrested?

June 29, 2016

Do they have prestigious careers?

Are they rich alumni who give a lot of money to the University of Virginia?

Have they continued to be members of Phi Kappa Psi?

Why would it take a lot of investigative work to identify them?  If Phi Kappa Psi were to cooperate with investigators, disclosing all information about who was in residence at that house in 1984 and everything that the organization knows about them now, wouldn't that help?

June 29, 2016

However, I'll start by saying that nobody should be treated the way that the conglomerate treats me.

When Chelsea Manning was Bradley Manning, there were probably a lot more people protesting to get this individual out of jail.

Even if Edward Snowden gets pardoned, which Mr. Snowden and the White House and Mrs. Clinton seem to be telling me to stop talking about, I would not be surprised if Ms. Manning has to live in jail while Mr. Snowden's doing book signings.

J.K. Rowling has created an amusement park in Massachusetts for child molesters and voyeurs from all over the world.

June 29, 2016

It's Mount Greylock, the mountain in Massachusetts which she has chosen for the real location of her fictional American school of magic for children, "Ilvermony."

Because a lot of children and their families will visit that mountain, and because the Masschusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Governor of Massachusetts both promote child molestation and voyeurism, sexual predators will surround that mountain.

It's difficult to believe that Ms. Rowling didn't know that the height of the mountain is reported to be 3,491 feet, which I'm sure is something which will be obsessively mentioned by all of the sex-crime-promoting conglomerate media and Warner Brothers, her partner for the movie "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."

That's the address of the Boston Globe's article about it, called "With J.K. Rowling's magic, Mass. peak joins 'Potter' lore," by David Filipov.

Ms. Rowling hasn't just attacked me with her implementation of hatred, fear and disgust for me into children's literature; she has attacked the entire state of Vermont.

I don't represent the state of Vermont; it's where I'm from but I can't help that and neither can Vermont.  I also never consented to be voyeuristically videotaped, nor have I ever consented to being intimately filmed in any way.  She's being sickeningly unfair.

"Ilvermony" is what she's calling it because of my psychiatric history and the SICK, SADISTIC, ILLEGAL videos of me, isn't it?  She's victim-blaming me for all of it, and she's going to perpetrate that discriminatory, misogynist victim-blaming all over the world.

No code, all policies operative, all the time.

Law enforcement, please arrest anyone who hacks my phone or my email or who criminally invades my privacy in other ways, even if the person who is doing those things is the most powerful person in the world.

Treat all forms of sexual abuse like the crimes that they are, including voyeurism and involuntary pornography; pass and respect laws against them.

Please pass and respect the Equal Rights Amendment.

It is journalistic failure when the media distorts a news story to be about something other than what that story is ostensibly about, or when the media promotes crime.

I don't choose excerpts or supporting information for code purposes.

I don't choose the addresses that videos get when I publish them at YouTube.

Policy for people who hack my phone:

When you hack my phone, which you don't have the right to do and which I don't want anyone to do, if you see something that could possibly be construed as being for the conglomerate's agenda by someone who wants to construe it that way, you can know that I am against the conglomerate's agenda no matter what.

If, while illegally hacking my phone, invading my privacy to a sickening degree, you see something that you would like to interpret as being supportive of the conglomerate's agenda or contradictory to what I'm publicly saying about any subject, you can know that I don't mean it that way.

I'm not hacking your phones.  I don't want to hack phones, or email, or anything.  I don't want to invade people's privacy.

You're doing something to me that I can't stop you from doing.  I would stop you if I could.  I have no obligation to stop being who I am just because I can't have privacy.

June 28, 2016

I don't know if I could have helped him if I had known or understood at the time what was happening.

I didn't mean to be an activist; it all happened so quickly in 2010 that the conglomerate formed and started to dismantle human rights that there didn't seem to be anything else that I could do other than to write "No," all day and every day.

If I were Edward Snowden, I would leave Russia immediately.

June 28, 2016

It could be that he and his advisors know his situation better than I do.

All I'm saying is that, if it were me, I'd leave.  I'd travel to a country that had said it's friendly to me, even if it hadn't offered me asylum.  I'd risk being arrested and brought to the United States.  I would know that I wouldn't die in U.S. custody.

Even if he is arrested, even if he is jailed while awaiting trial, even if the trial proceeds and even if he is convicted and starts a prison sentence, the years and his activism since 2013 have gained him international and institutional support.  That support system can't help him if he's dead, and it will be much less able to help him if he's in a Russian jail than an American jail.

My years of having to start over and over have helped me to know that the ability to leave every material thing that you have, for the sake of your safety, is crucial to survival.

1.9 percent of the directors across the 100 top films of 2014 were women.

June 28, 2016

That's a statistic from a report by the Media, Diversity and Social Change Initiative.  The report is called "Inequality in 700 Popular Films:  Examining Portrayals of Gender, Race, & LGBT Status from 2007 to 2014."

This is the address for that report:

The report also says:

"A total of 21 of the 100 top films of 2014 featured a female lead or roughly equal co lead.  This is similar to the percentage in 2007 (20%), but a 7% decrease from the 2013 sample (28%)."

"In 2014, no female actors over 45 years of age performed a lead or co lead role.  Only three of the female actors in lead or co lead roles were from underrepresented racial/ethnic backgrounds.  No female leads or co leads were Lesbian or Bisexual characters."

"Examining patterns of sexualization by age in 2014 revealed that female teens (13-20 year olds) were just as likely to be sexualized as young adult females."

"Across the 100 top films of 2014, only 15.8% of content creators working as directors, writers and producers were women.  Women accounted for only 1.9% of directors, 11.2% of writers, and 18.9% of producers.  Put differently, only 2 women directed across the 100 top films of 2014.  This is not different from 2013 (2 female directors across 100 top films) or 2007 (3 female directors across 100 top films).  Twenty-eight women have worked as directors across the 700 top films from 2007 to 2014.  Only three were African American."

Do you think that President Obama and the conglomerate have done NOTHING TO PROMOTE EQUALITY only for women in the entertainment industry?  If so, you're wrong.

The report also says:

"Of those characters coded for race/ethnicity across 100 top films of 2014, 73.1% were white, 4.9% were Hispanic/Latino, 12.5% were Black, 5.3% were Asian, 2.9% were Middle Eastern, <1% were American Indian/Alaskan Native or Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, and 1.2% were from "other" racial and/or ethnic groupings.  This represents no change in the portrayal of apparent race/ethnicity from 2007-2014."

"Across the 100 top films of 2014, only 5 of the 107 directors (4.7%) were Black."

"Across 4,610 speaking characters in the 100 top films of 2014, only 19 were Lesbian, Gay or Bisexual."

19.  That's not even half of the number of people who died instantly in the worst mass murder of American history.

Really, though, all the White House cares about is that everyone keep calling me a slut and trying to find the SICK, SADISTIC, ILLEGAL videos of me online.

The conglomerate IS A BUNCH OF HYPOCRITICAL STALKERS!

June 28, 2016

That's the address of a page at a website called "victimsofcrime.org."  The page is called "Stalking Resource Center."

It has a section called "Some things stalkers do," that lists 10 stalking behaviors.

One of those behaviors, "send(s) unwanted gifts, letters, cards or emails," is something that I did to a few people in the past.  I never threatened any of them; not knowing how to deal with rejection when you are young is not the same thing as wanting to hurt someone.  All of the people whom I harmlessly pestered not only have better lives than I do at this time, they also have stories that they have already told the conglomerate which has gotten them sympathy and support whether their own actions toward me deserved praise or not.

The conglomerate, while using my past behavior as an excuse to justify its treatment of me, has participated as a group of hundreds, if not thousands, of people, in subjecting me to 8 of the 10 stalking behaviors, nonstop, at every hour of the day and night, for more than 6 years.

Those behaviors are:

-Follow you and show up wherever you are.

-Monitor your phone calls or computer use.

-Use technology, like hidden cameras or global positioning systems (GPS) to track you wherever you go.

-Drive by or hang out at your home, school or work.

-Threaten to hurt you, your family, friends or pets.

-Find out about you by using public records or online search services, hiring investigators, going through your garbage, or contacting friends, family, neighbors or co-workers.

-Posting information or spreading rumors about you on the Internet, in a public place, or by word of mouth.

-Other actions that control, track or frighten you.

Davis v. Monroe

June 28, 2016

I am trying to choose a website about Davis v. Monroe that the conglomerate won't interpret as having code value.

At the first page of results for a Google search of the case, I clicked on one of the websites and was directed to a page called "find-your-love-online.com," that has a graphic, sexual cartoon and says

"PAY ATTENTION!

You're about to see nude pictures of women and girls in your neighborhood.

Please be discreet."

That's the joke that the conglomerate is degrading female lives to be; my phone got taken over for a few minutes by an involuntary pornography website targeting girls and women, while I was trying to read about the prevention of sexual harassment at school.

Davis v. Monroe County Board of Education was a 1999 Supreme Court decision that ruled that schools that are aware of sexual harassment by students against students and which fail to stop the harassment are liable both for victim lawsuits and to lose government funding.

That's the address for the pages of results for a Google search of the term "davis v. monroe."

"Having previously held that such harassment is 'discrimination' in the school context under Title IX, this Court is constrained to conclude that student-on-student sexual harassment, if sufficiently severe, can likewise rise to the level of 'discrimination' actionable under the statute."

"a plaintiff must show harassment that is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive, and that so undermines and detracts from the victims' educational experience, that the victims are effectively denied equal access to an institution's resources and opportunities."

Those are quotes from the decision, which I got from this website:

That website seemed to have direct text of the decision.  There are only so many times that I can write "no code" every day, since the conglomerate doesn't care what I say about code anyway.

President Obama and his administration have TOLD THE WORLD TO SEXUALLY VICTIMIZE ME.  I'll never be able to do anything; work in humane conditions, finish school, have a safe place to live, have a social life, date or get married or have a family.  He and the conglomerate are doing everything that they can to undermine laws that are supposed to stop sexual abuse, from sexual harassment to stalking to voyeurism to rape to child molestation.

He's going to cause me to die, or to make me live a life that's worse than death; he's been doing that to girls and women all over the world for more than 6 years, while the conglomerate cheers and tries to make the world think that I'm a nymphomaniac and a freak who deserves what's happening to me.

It's difficult to believe that President Obama was a civil rights lawyer and a college professor, considering his lack of concern for human rights and the safety of women and students.

June 28, 2016

I had to leave school for the first part of the summer because I was harassed by a different male student every time that I was there.  President Obama and his administration, and the conglomerate as an entity, have taken from me every opportunity for work, housing and now school that I have had since the relentless persecution of me started in 2010.

I spent most of the past several days mentally incapacitated from leaving my apartment.  I can't stand to be around people anymore.  I finally left my apartment yesterday for most of the day. I could deal with the first couple of hours, and spent the rest of the day in a low-level anxiety attack which lasted for at least 5 or 6 hours, until I got to my apartment.  The misery and the dread don't stop when I'm in my apartment, but at least when I'm in my apartment I have control over who and what are physically around me.

I think it only cares about whether or not my death would negatively affect its public image, and the conglomerate doesn't seem worried that it will.

The conglomerate has relentlessly bullied me and criminally invaded my privacy for 6 years.  It really likes treating me like this, and is setting the example that bullying is funny and good, so whether or not I die, the conglomerate shouldn't be surprised when people kill themselves because they're being bullied at school, work or online.

I might get evicted if I keep talking about how much the conglomerate makes me think about suicide.

June 28, 2016

The conglomerate never stops attacking me, and it would be stressful for any landlord to rent an apartment to me.

Who wants to rent to someone whom the President of the United States is persecuting?

Evicting me would mean that the landlord wouldn't have to keep worrying about being scrutinized by the conglomerate.  It would mean that the people who stalk me wouldn't be stalking me near this building.

If the landlord can blame the eviction on my being mentally unstable, then the lawyers for the landlord don't have to say to the judge "The landlord wants Lena to leave because the conglomerate hates her and the conglomerate is terrifying.  We know she's not delusional about what she says is happening, but we are more concerned about what the conglomerate might to do to us than whether or not she has a place to live."

I was able to read the article before I wrote the page; that's why I added the article's address to the page.

The people who are attacking me seem to feel entitled to treat me as if I have no rights at all.  They spend all of their time attacking my reputation and criminally invading my privacy, while systematically and self-righteously suppressing my ability to talk about what they're doing.

Margot Robbie is a good actress.

Everyone who is part of the entertainment industry with whom I have interacted online is talented and intelligent or was those things in the past.

What happens to them?

"Access denied"

June 28, 2016

That's the screen message that I got after I published the previous page and tried to get from that page to the article about the show being produced by Mr. Affleck and Mr. Damon.

What's happening?  People can say whatever they want about me, produce entire shows and movies persecuting me, bully me as a group at their social media, and I won't be able to know what's being said about me and done to me?

I can't read about it at public access Internet, while they all hack my phone and email and criminally invade my privacy in every sickening way they can, every day?

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon

June 29, 2016

Leave me alone.

I don't want to have to tell you again.

June 28, 2016

That's the address of an article about a show being produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, who couldn't care less that I'm stalked every day, even though Mr. Affleck's wife spoke to the California legislature in 2013 about harassment by paparazzi.  I agreed with what she said, but that doesn't mean that her husband and his friends have the right to treat me like a piece of meat for the rest of my life.

The power of the Hollywood, white male

June 28, 2016

What Warner Brothers also seems to be doing is encouraging Ben Affleck's pursuit of me, which is another sign of the conglomerate's hypocrisy.  The conglomerate would be more than happy to call me a slut and a homewrecker for the rest of my life, and yet Warner Brothers seems to simultaneously be calling me those things while supporting a bad resolution to Mr. Affleck's mid-life crisis.  I don't know how many more people are going to support Mr. Affleck's unwanted interest; maybe if it makes them money, they don't care if they're helping him to get divorced and breaking his children's hearts.

I didn't know that J.K. Rowling and Warner Brothers were conspiring.

June 28, 2016

That's the address for the Warner Brothers's Twitter.

"ILVERMORNY," pronounced "ILL-VER-MORN-EE" is what Ms. Rowling has called the American counterpart to Hogwarts of the Harry Potter series.

There's already a movie that's scheduled for November 18, called "Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them."

Although I read the Harry Potter books several times, it seemed to me after a while that the character of Severus Snape has a lot of anti-Semitic traits.  The continual references to his "hooked nose," his "greasy skin," his cruelty, his evil past, his secretiveness and what seems, until the end, to be his untrustworthiness; all of that finally caused me not to like the books as much I otherwise might have.

It seems that anti-Semitism is not Ms. Rowling's only ignorance or prejudice, and I don't think that her behavior toward me or Warner Brothers' behavior toward me could be construed as anything other than vicious and dehumanizing.

That's the address for a June 24, 2016 Tweet at the Warner Brothers's Twitter, which is also at the first page of results for a Google search of the term "warner brothers."

The caption for the Tweet at Twitter says "Are you at #vidcon2016?  Check out our #FantasticBeasts wand master training booth and cast your favorite spells."

I have never published anything telling children or teenagers to masturbate.  I have almost never even spoken about it having anything to do with children and teenagers, other than to say that if they have questions about it their parents should talk to them about it; parents should be able to have private and informed conversations with their children about a lot of things, like sexuality.  A discussion of it should probably be a part of sex education at school.

I certainly haven't done what the conglomerate has done, which is a lewd promotion of juvenile masturbation, including suggestive pictures and coded language, that has no educational value and is only for the titillation of immature and irresponsible conglomerate adults.

That's the address of the official website of Warner Brothers.  The Twitter and the website indicate that Warner Brothers is doing almost nothing except attacking me.
