That's a message that someone whose screen name is "LI NY" wrote to my current YouTube blog, "The railing is too low at the library" today.
The name of that blog is for the railing at the main Boston Public Library in Copley Square. They have renovated the library over the past couple of years; the railing that's across from the children's section is now too low, and the drop from it is to a stone or concrete floor.

YOU ARE THE STALKER!!! AND WILL BE PUT IN PRISON FOR YOUR STALKING OF THE MASSES!!!"
