The text which Mr. Shapiro reported as being sent at 10:23 p.m. on the night of September 28, 2012 was not sent at 10:23 p.m.; it was sent at 8:23 p.m.
Mr. Shapiro also provided no time at all for the rest of the texted conversation between Jackie and Ryan, which, after Ryan texted Jackie, also at 8:23 p.m., that he was doing homework, took place hours later, at around 11:30 p.m.
