That's a message that someone sent to my current YouTube blog, "The railing is too low at the library," 28 minutes ago as of the time that I'm publishing this page.
I have written before that the title of that blog is about the railing that's near the children's section of the Boston Public Library. The conglomerate doesn't care if children die at the library; it's too busy trying to make it legal to rape them to care about that.
