That is part of the "Prohibited Conduct" section of the lease that I signed for this apartment.
It seems to me that the property management will decide to call any criticism about it from me a "bad faith allegation" and a lease violation. In other words, they can do whatever they want to me, and they'll use my objections about it to evict me.
