Rolling Stone magazine

March 16, 2016

I'm sorry if you think that I was rude to the Rolling Stone customer service person to whom I spoke last night when I was trying to cancel one of the hundreds of prank mail subscriptions that someone or several people have ordered, using my name, over the past several months.  I was polite and clear when I told him that the $30 invoice that Rolling Stone had sent me for a gift subscription for a total stranger was the result of the prank mail problem which is threatening to ruin the credit that I have tried to build for a year.  My credit wasn't bad before last year; however, I had never had a credit card or a car loan, and several landlords and rental agencies had told me that my credit score was too low for me to be able to get an apartment.  Because of my improving my credit over the past year, I was able to get my apartment.

Most of the storage bin that I have at the basement of On The Rise is full of magazines that I didn't order and their invoices.  Being homeless, school and the process of moving have prevented me from being able to do something about them for months; for all I know, the bills have gotten sent to collection agencies, who will start contacting me about the hundreds of dollars of unpaid and uncancelled subscriptions.  I explained all of that to your customer service representative, who then proceeded to tell me that I had ordered two subscriptions, one for me and one for a friend; that was when I said "You're not getting a dollar from me for those subscriptions!  I want to talk to a manager!"  Then he said he would cancel the subscriptions, and I stopped being upset.

I have not defended the Rolling Stone article that criticized rape culture because of a partiality for Rolling Stone.  I have defended the article because its being discredited was wrong, the career of a conscientious reporter is being ruined, the reputation of a young woman is being ruined, and RAPE CULTURE PERPETUATED BY THE MEDIA IS WHAT CAUSED THE ARTICLE TO BE ATTACKED.

The conglomerate media publishes deliberately distorted information around the clock and around the world, trying to make sexual assault legal or at least unprosecuted.  Thousands of sex offenders have gotten removed from sex offender registries in the United States since the conglomerate began its attacks on the rights of women and children in 2010.  The media has promoted rape since 2010, and it attacked the article about rape at the University of Virginia because it wants to discredit all rape victims and to frighten them and the people who try to help into silence.

I am harassed, stalked and subjected to bullying every day, and I have lived like that for 6 years.  If I didn't have the patience to quietly say again everything that I had already told your customer service representative, of which he obviously hadn't heard a syllable, that doesn't mean that I'm one way in public and another in the nonprivacy of my phone conversations.

The montages of videos that people have taken from my YouTube blogs, against the copyrights of those videos, and published to try to ridicule me online, show the times when I lost my temper, from among hundreds of incidents during which I didn't lose my temper.  The people who use the Internet to try to find people to abuse online are not amused by the videos that I have published in which I'm not upset.  They ignore everything that I do that can't be misconstrued to support what they want to think and tell other people that I am, similarly to the way that the conglomerate ignores everything that I say about my rights and concentrates instead on publicizing video illegally filmed of me by voyeurs who put hidden cameras in bathrooms and showers.

Although I think it's admirable when people are able to maintain equilibrium during trying times, nobody is able to do that all the time.  Also, although I am chronically degraded by the conglomerate, am subjected every day to behavior that is meant to be humiliating, and have lived at high risk of being physically raped since the conglomerate began its propaganda calling me a slut in 2010, I have not gotten abducted or physically raped.  If my lack of concern about what a stalker who gets screamed at by me to LEAVE ME ALONE thinks of my femininity is why the stalking by hundreds of vehicles hasn't turned into abduction or physical rape, I don't need to apologize for it.
