I didn't watch the Oscars. I read online about some of what happened.
The absence of an invitation to Rihanna's panties does not qualify as discrimination. I suppose that you could apply to your local Office for the Chauvinist Demands of Rich, Irresponsible, Male Celebrities to ask what your legal options are. Unfortunately, the conglomerate is turning the world into a place where somebody might tell you that you have such options.
