I did that instead of attending the hearing that was scheduled based on my reporting of being fired when I shouldn't have gotten fired.
Nobody should be acting as if I capitulated about what I said happened; I didn't, but it seems as if there are car companies who are invading my privacy about that situation and who are publicly attacking me because they think that I have somehow admitted guilt.
I never slapped a dealer at any Adesa location or anywhere else that I worked for Labor Ready or for anyone else. I should not have gotten fired; I was fired in retaliation for objecting to being sexually harassed.
