License plates resulting from the bullying of me that was disguised as support for victims of ALS

That's a billboard that is near the Pine Street Inn and next to a highway.  There are no horizontal lines in the ad.


Almost all Massachusetts license plates are written in red on a white background; that has nothing to do with the message that's being sent.  I AM being bullied by the state government of Massachusetts, which apparently is also telling people to stalk me in their cars.
