That's the address for a search from today at YouTube for the term "running slave."
A Google search of the term "runner slave" has a lot of results, including one for "drapetomania," a diagnosis for what was called a mental illness that caused slaves in the United States to want to run away. It also has search terms at the end of the page, the first of which is "slave runner game." There are already video games about running slaves.
