I wasn't even at a computer for 5 minutes before that happened.
I have to be able to have access to the library and the computers at school. For me not to be able to do my schoolwork at school because I get harassed at school IS NOT EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
For me not to be able to tell harassers to leave me alone and not to be able to ask for help from school authorities to get harassment to stop, for fear that I will then be targeted by false accusations that I'm the problem; THOSE SITUATIONS ARE NOT EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
