The police officer who was at my apartment this past Friday, February 3rd, and who did not find the cameras, will talk to a judge about my case this Friday, February 10th.

February 6, 2017

What he tells the judge will have a lot to do with whether or not the judge decides to evict me on the day scheduled for court, February 16th.

The police officer doesn't believe that the cameras are in the apartment.  He was also very condescending to me.

Somebody needs to tell him that the cameras are in the apartment, or not only will I lose the apartment, I'll continue to be victimized by voyeurism in this apartment for the days that I have left until I move out into homelessness again.  There will be nothing stopping my being victimized by voyeurism everywhere for the rest of my life; it's already been happening for years, while I am victim-blamed for all of it and then punished for objecting to it.

This is his email address, which I feel bad about having to publish, but homelessness is life-threatening:

mmedeiro@cambridgepolice.org

This is the eviction summons:

It would also help if people would tell the property management's lawyer that there are cameras in the apartment, so that he knows this his client's attempt to evict me is retaliation for my having said that there are cameras in the apartment.  His phone number is listed at the eviction notice.

This is the email address of the Cambridge and Somerville Legal Services lawyer (for poor people) who is supposed to help me but who also doesn't believe that there are cameras in the apartment:

shegel@gbls.org

I've been homeless for 4 of 6 years.  It took 2 years to get the first apartment, where I was victimized by voyeurism and then evicted for objecting to being victimized by voyeurism, and then it took another 2 years to get this apartment, where I have also been victimized by voyeurism and am being threatened with eviction for objecting to being victimized.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN AN APARTMENT WHEN YOU'RE POOR!  THAT IS WHY LANDLORDS ABUSE POOR PEOPLE; THEY KNOW THAT THERE'S NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT, AND THEY EXPECT THAT WE WON'T OBJECT TO BEING ABUSED BECAUSE OF THE FEAR OF HOMELESSNESS!

How can people sit there and do this to me again, when a phone call or an email would stop it?
