That's the license plate of a car that I saw today. It wasn't from Massachusetts.
The person driving the car seemed to be a white male who was at least in his mid-40s.
Probably:
-He is a voyeur.
-Either he wants to be a child molester or he is a child molester.
-He has child pornography and other illegal pornography. He might also film and sell child pornography and other illegal pornography.
He is able to drive around MIT, in broad daylight, on a weekday, during the school year, because the White House has promoted sexual abuse since 2010.
