What newspaper in 2016 would have a title for an article like the one that I have taken from a story that's at the first page of the Boston Globe's website today and for which I have substituted the words "half black" for "schizophrenic"?

The conglomerate's behavior toward me is consistently vicious and criminal and causes me to be in danger of physical harm. The conglomerate's behavior toward me is totally gratuitous; nothing and nobody would be hurt if the conglomerate stopped persecuting me. The conglomerate shows every sign of enjoying the way that it treats me, and of enjoying the distress that its behavior causes me. The conglomerate has yet to suggest that the conglomerate being mentally ill is the cause of the conglomerate's behavior toward me.
