Children of people who work for the CIA go to college in Virginia.
That's one of the reasons why it's almost impossible to prosecute them for anything.
This isn't only about the power to ruin the lives of people who try to help the victims of college rapists; it's about the power to torture and kill them, their families and their friends, anywhere in the world, and at any time.
It's also about the power to threaten people in the local, state and federal governments, people whom most or all of the public has never heard of; from clerks to politicians, investigators, administrators.
