I have never done drugs. There are a lot of heroin addicts who are homeless. I attended a Narcan training a couple of years ago. I have a Narcan kit, but I haven't read the instructions for it a lot or practiced using it. When I knew that I'd be homeless again, I thought I should have the Narcan kit in my bag.
This morning, there is a television news story called "No to Narcan." Did the media source that published that story hack my phone?
