Please listen to General Kelly before you listen to me. I don't want him to be in a situation where he feels that he has to do something that he thinks is a bad idea because I mentioned it and you were feeling charitable toward me and thought it was brilliant.

I won't have access to my phone after 9:00 p.m., and every hour between 5 and 10 is problematic for publishing, regardless of how many policies I write or how often I publish them.
