I gave the Dean of Students and the Director of Student Services each a copy of this entire binder before our second and last Administrative meeting on May 20, 2016. The first meeting was on May 9, 2016. I was told the previous week that the Dean wanted to speak to me about my concerns about my Chinese class, and that I would be contacted by her office the week of May 9, 2016 so that the meeting could be scheduled. I began to write my letter to the Dean during the week before May 9th; I thought that I would be in her office to talk about being harassed and stalked.
I was called by the Dean's office on the morning of May 9, 2016. During that phone call, a meeting for that afternoon was scheduled. It wasn't until after the meeting was scheduled and I had said that I would be there that I was sent the email from Director Stevens, informing me that not only was the meeting not about how to stop my being harassed and stalked at school, it was a meeting in which I was being charged with 2 counts of violation of the school's code of conduct, specifically disruption and harassment/intimidation.
I even had to fight to have a second Administrative meeting rather than being forced into a hearing.
For the picture of the second email, I have covered the name and past email address of my HomeStart advocate. My HomeStart advocate changed her place of employment at the end of the summer in 2016, after the conglomerate publicized code referencing my email correspondence with her and the agency where she worked was audited. She was an unfailing source of support for a year and a half. If she hadn't had the pressure of being attacked by the conglomerate, I might not be homeless.
The advocate who is discussed in those emails was from On The Rise. Unfortunately, the advocate from On The Rise was so shocked by the school's false characterization of me that she assumed that the school was right and that I must have been acting crazy in class without realizing it. She ended up not being helpful, which is why I went to the second administrative meeting by myself, even though her need to reschedule it almost cost me being able to have a second meeting. She should have known or cared that being poor enough to have been homeless doesn't mean that someone is crazy, even if an institution such as a school is saying that the person is crazy, but she didn't. Perhaps her absence at the second meeting was why the school refused to entirely dismiss the case against me. My objections to how the advocate treated me were the beginning of the disintegration with my working relationship with On The Rise, and probably contributed to On The Rise's later failure to help me save my tenancy at the second apartment from which I was forced to move for my "false" accusations of voyeurism that the conglomerate knows weren't false.
As I have said, the final result of the school meetings and everything that I did to defend myself was that I was cleared of the harassment charge, I was given a verbal warning for disruption which I felt that I had no choice other than to accept since I had no support from anyone at the school, I was told that I had to meet with a school advisor, I spent the summer doing an eventually successful grade appeal for the retaliatory F that the Chinese professor gave me, and the school did nothing to confront the student who had harassed and stalked me at school until he stalked and harassed me online in September 2016.
Ms. Liriano's report was so full of lies that I couldn't have refuted them all by writing on the report without running the pen out of ink. There was never anything in emails that she had written to me before then that had implied what was clearly her hatred of me; I had never met her. Maybe she formed her inaccurate opinion of me from my first email to her on May 2, 2016, in which I told her that I was too busy studying to meet with her when all that was needed was for someone whom the student instigator of the harassment respected to tell him to stop being disruptive and not to stalk me. I called that email "Forget it," which Ms. Liriano later conflated in her report about me as being something that I had said to my Chinese professor when the Chinese professor was trying to answer my questions about Chinese in class. I never said that to the Chinese professor, nor did I ridicule her for her English; those are only a few of the many lies that the report said about me. The situation in class deteriorated so much by May 6th that I wrote Ms. Liriano an email requesting an intervention and asking to meet with her as soon as possible. After I sent her that email, she met with students from the Chinese class, and then she wrote the report about me which could have had me thrown out of school then, and which is undoubtedly being used by the school as evidence against me that I have a pattern of harassing people rather than that the school has a pattern of attacking me when I ask for help.
The conglomerate hacked my school email during the Spring 2016 Semester and used code to publicize its false allegations of an illicit romance between the professor of my writing class and me. That could also be why he felt that he needed to lie to the school and say that I was harassing him; I never harassed him.
I don't think there is anyone with whom I have interacted since 2010 whom the conglomerate hasn't falsely accused me of being in love with, of harassing, or both.
I'd also rather that people stop accusing me of being racist.
Contrary to what Dr. Elkins told me when I asked her to listen to the tapes that I had audiorecorded in class, the recordings were neither illegal not against school policy. They were an objective record of what had happened. It is sad that I began that semester knowing that I might need an objective recording, from having spent 6 years being attacked by the conglomerate, and from having been harassed and then called crazy in situations caused by the conglomerate year after year.
The recordings prove that there was nothing that was said about how I behaved in class that was true.
