That is a picture of Justin Bieber's last Instagram post.
Justin Bieber is not a nice young man, and many of his friends and business associates are also not nice people. He's immature. He's cruel. He mistreats women. He mistreats people who don't have as much power as he does. He's ignorant. His security staff beat people up and slash their tires while he gloats.
Those things aren't happening because Carl Lentz is a positive influence. They are happening because Mr. Lentz is part of an organization that tells rich people who can publicize the organization that whatever they want to do is all right.
