Unless someone is willing to define entire swaths of humanity as being evil, I don't know that there is a country in the world that can be defined as being an evil country. There are bad people everywhere, but that doesn't make an entire place bad.
Let's say, for the sake of argument, that there is a lot of crime in Mexico, and that there are also a lot of people who aren't criminals, who don't want to be criminals, and who are trying to manage their lives. Have you thought about being nicer to Mexico than you think the country deserves, for the sake of the Mexicans who aren't bad, or do you feel that retribution to the last shard ought to be the guiding, political principle of the 21st century?
