There's a sign on the sidewalk in front of Monroe that says that "HandHookaChill" is there every week. It's "HandHookaChill" or "HandHookahChill"; I walked past it tonight. I deliberately didn't bring a pen or paper with me when I left my apartment today. I get tired of documenting abuse; it shouldn't be happening, and it's not my responsibility to try to make all of it stop.
The promotion of those abuses should stop. There's only so much that one person can do against so many people.
