The Office for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Education has dismissed my report about Bunker Hill Community College, and my academic career is ruined.

The letter was emailed to me yesterday.  I didn't read my email then and didn't know the letter was sent to me until today.  It is three pages long and I am reading it now.
