I have wanted to know if that was why the person whom the Charlottesville Police Department's March 23, 2015 statement said was an undergraduate and a fraternity member in 2006 and then also an undergraduate in 2012 had left school for several years.
However, even if he did leave school to be in the military, he could have done that because he had raped someone at school in or before 2006.
I'd like to know the answer to the question; was the person whom the Charlottesville Police Department questioned in the presence of legal counsel, and whose financial records, according to the police statement, "may have been relevant" to Jackie being taken to dinner on the night of September 28, 2012, in the military for a while?
If he was, why doesn't Mr. Shapiro literally say that?
