A jury's verdict is not proof of anything. Everyone who's going to write something that says "The Rolling Stone article was proven false in a court of law" is going to write something that's wrong.
A verdict is a formal decision about how to resolve a conflict between people who didn't want to, or couldn't, resolve it themselves. The major media spent almost 2 years incorrectly discrediting the Rolling Stone article, and got thousands of people to believe something that wasn't true. 10 people weren't going to decide something else.
