If the border wall is a solar wall that provides the power to desalinate ocean water and irrigate land on both sides of the border, won't that increase the value of all of that land?
How would it work?
You'd have to have individual stations every few hundred miles for the desalination, and a reservoir for the water at every station. You can't have one pipeline for all of it, in case it breaks; the desalination/irrigation system has to be in sections. The reservoirs should be bigger than the amount of water that they hold, to prevent flooding if there's a malfunction.
Is that right?
