The title of this page is the first sentence of the Bunker Hill Community College's Behavior Policies.
I haven't violated anything from the school's Code of Conduct. This was the school's final decision about my conduct in May 2016, the first time that I reported being harassed at school:

1. Verbal Reprimand – The lightest form of
disciplinary action. A verbal warning may be
documented in writing.

At that time, I felt that I had to accept the Verbal Reprimand because it seemed that was the only resolution that the Dean of Students and the Director of Student Services would offer to resolve the false charges against me. Then I spent the rest of the summer of 2016 on my (ultimately successful) grade appeal for the Chinese teacher failing me in retaliation for my saying that it was her responsibility to conduct a classroom where students weren't harassed or bullied, while the school pretended not to know who the student instigator of the harassment was until he stalked and harassed me online in September 2016, using his first and last name.
This is what the Dean and the Director did to me last week for reporting being harassed every semester that I was a student at Bunker Hill Community College:

8. Suspension – Temporary removal from the
College or a program, without financial
reimbursement, for a specified period of time.
A suspended student may not enter College
property and loses all privileges to participate
in any College activities.

This is how I'll have to spend the remainder of my time as a student at Bunker Hill Community College; that's if the school were to accept my reapplication after the suspension is over in August of 2018, which it probably wouldn't:

7. Probation – A student’s status at the College
is in jeopardy due to one or more violations
of the Code of Conduct. Probation is a more
severe sanction than a reprimand. For the
duration of a stated probationary period, a
student must comply with College rules and
regulations or other stipulated conditions or
requirements. Unless expressly authorized
by the CCA, a student on probation may not
represent the College in any context, run for
or hold office in any student organizations or
participate in intercollegiate athletic teams,
intramural programs, or any student clubs or
organizations.

This is another quote from the school's Student Code of Conduct, which the Dean obviously doesn't think applies to me, since all I had done in June 2017 was tell other students in my French class about previous situations in which I'd been harassed in class. I have underlined the right that the Dean doesn't seem to think I have:

Introduction
Bunker Hill Community College recognizes that all
students, as members of the college community, enjoy
the freedom of speech and assembly, freedom of
association, freedom of the press, right of petition and
the right of due process. These rights do not come
without responsibilities and respect for others in the
College community. Attendance at the College is a
privilege and not a right, and enrollment carries with
it obligations in regard to conduct, both in and out
of class. Students are responsible for knowing and
understanding the contents of this Code. Students
are responsible for abiding by the laws governing the
College and are expected to observe standards of
conduct set by the College.
