Bunker Hill Community College was awarded unprecedented amounts of money last year.

July 20, 2017

That was after I'd been a student there for a while, and before the first false allegations against me were proven to be false.

The school finally repaired the sign over the front door; I have forgotten which letters were missing, whether it said "UNKER HILL," or "B NKER HILL" or what.

I never begrudged the school the money, although I'm sure that the school never pretended that the money wasn't real.

While HomeStart was being audited, and my incredibly supportive HomeStart advocate was being threatened by the conglomerate until she changed her place of employment at the end of the 2016 summer, Bunker Hill Community College was being awarded millions of dollars.

The school does not seem to have taken offense at the way that it was portrayed in the 1998 movie "Good Will Hunting"; there's a glass case in the lobby that has a sculpture about the movie.  It also doesn't seem to me that anyone ever accused that movie of being elitist, although the movie was explicit that its protagonist was much too brilliant to be a classmate of the students at Bunker Hill Community College, some of whom were portrayed for laughs as being what was perhaps then being called retahded.
