Please stop advocating for this rule change:
Your administration is being treated badly. However, insisting that the rules be changed so that you can win in a situation in which outside influences are making you fail is not responsible behavior and also gives grist to the publicity mill.
It's crucial that you respect reasonable rules, particularly when people are being unreasonable about you. When this many people want you to fail, they will succeed every once in a while; you have to accept that as the reality and you have to work with the reality so that it doesn't happen as often as they want it to happen.
If you have to overhaul the healthcare option that you want to pass every day until it passes, then that's what you have to do. If it takes you 4 years, then it takes you 4 years. The President of the United States is the executive of a democracy, not a corporation.
