The students who had bullied me in my French class this summer weren't remotely scared of me; they and the professor were laughing at me before the only student whom the Dean had taken out of class walked in an hour late and said that the Dean had spoken to him and that she had told him to withdraw from the class.

I didn't do anything to them, and I don't think that it was unreasonable of me to tell the Dean that she should tell the school that harassment won't be tolerated rather than to take people out of classes on a case by case basis while nothing is done by the school to prevent the harassment from happening every semester.

I'm sure that I'm not the only student who's harassed at the school. There are probably also teachers and staff who are harassed by staff, other teachers and students and who think there's nothing they can do.
