Your name is almost impossible to write or talk around in normal language, which doesn't excuse people who deliberately abuse you.
I can't get them to stop. The section of the White House's website that I started objecting to when it was published hasn't changed, and it was published years ago. Nothing that I have ever objected to at that website has spent years there before.
The New York Times is also an example of how prejudice can coexist with other qualities in a person or an institution; prejudice always coexists with other qualities. Why do you think that people who are intelligent and even good in some parts of their lives are able to treat the people against whom they are prejudiced miserably? Prejudice causes people to be consistently humane to some people and inhumane whenever they feel like being inhumane to people whom they have mentally dehumanized.
Many people have an implacable prejudice against gay people. Consider that one of the worst mass murders in American history happened a few months ago, and it was forgotten by the media in weeks.
I didn't know before I started to write this page how many people had written articles about whether or not the Orlando massacre was the worst that has ever happened in the United States, in terms of how many people were killed. People spent time doing that, after articles were published that said that it was. "No, it wasn't," or "It might not be," were the main ideas of those articles, and then they forgot about it.
