If the bills for all the magazines that people send to me at the Pine Street Inn and On The Rise, spelling my name things like "Lena Broke Ho Kochman," get sent to collection agencies, it will probably hurt the credit that I have spent over a year building. I didn't have bad credit before; I just had no credit, because I had never had a credit card and have never owned a house or a car. Paying student loans doesn't seem to matter for credit scores.
