It seems as if there's no compliment that is considered by the entertainment industry to be as important as "You're hot and everyone's talking about you."
I don't know how to help people who have no other frame of reference for life understand how or why I hate being treated like this. I feel like I have tried to encourage that understanding for years, and have failed.
