If someone gets arrested for hacking my phone, I won't defend that person.
I also don't care if people who know that someone is hacking my phone but can't investigate it or prove it decide to try to investigate and arrest the offender for something else, although I don't want anyone being falsely charged with anything.
I hope that nobody who hacks my phone is guilty of and uninvestigated for things like tax evasion.
