History, ethics, literature, psychology, sociology, math and science; if a communications major takes one class in each of those subjects in college, that's a lot?
That's the address for the Stanford University page that describes the school's Major in Communication.
Stanford is supposed to be one of the best schools in the country, and is in a state where the media is a dominant force. How much worse is the education of people who graduate with degrees that qualify them to get hired as journalists everywhere else?
Add to that a misogynist establishment around the world, at every level of power, and it's not surprising that the conglomerate has so easily mauled civilization for 6 years.
